When we arrived, we had to wait over an hour while maintenance tried to fix our room door. After all that time, the door still wasn’t working. I spoke with a manager, who responded with an attitude instead of trying to make things right. We were finally moved to another room over an hour later, only to discover that the TV didn’t work there either. We reported it, and the staff showed little to no concern. The resort has amazing amenities and is a gorgeous place to visit, but the customer service was incredibly disappointing. Many of the younger staff members came across as rude, unprofessional, and uninterested in helping guests. A luxury resort should provide a luxury level of service, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that expectation. I hope management focuses on improving customer service because the property deserves a staff that matches the quality of the resort.

The staff are ok but do not go far to please you… very few staffers actually do that. Most only talk the basics with you. For a hotel that uses the term “luxury” it is a bit odd as they don’t even pick up the phone at reception. I must say positive things about the kids club though. It is not cheap if you compare with others but they have a nice space and the staff does what they can to tire kids out instead of just letting them watch tv… and they do offer it every day what is quite a plus! Not sure I would go back there though…

Highly recommend this resort, and the Bonita Springs / Estero area in general. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a Walmart and any other store you could possibly need within a few minutes drive from the hotel.

Todo fue perfecto

Excellent for families. Poor service at the pool, no waitstaff. Waited forever for service.

Everything was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We dined at Tanglewood and had some drinks at The Mangrove and everything was pretty good. Everything was pretty nice in the room. I would recommend maybe some extra pillows or blankets to help with comfort. Other than that, we had a good night.

Overpriced Needs earlier check in times

My family and I have a wonderful experience staying with you all. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help us with anything we needed. Highly recommend for a family vacation with kids

The highlight of the resort was definitely the water amenities. The lazy river was incredibly fun and relaxing, especially for families, and the water slides were a huge hit for both kids and adults. The pool areas were spacious, well maintained, and never felt overcrowded despite the busy holiday weekend. There were plenty of chairs, beautiful landscaping, and a great tropical atmosphere throughout the property. The food was also surprisingly good across the resort. Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The restaurants and poolside service made it easy to enjoy the weekend without ever needing to leave the property. One thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The rooms, pools, common areas, and restrooms were consistently spotless and well cared for. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the resort. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to dining service to pool attendants, the customer service made the stay feel special and stress-free. Overall, this was a perfect Mother’s Day getaway destination. Great pools, fun water slides, relaxing lazy river, excellent food, clean facilities, and amazing staff. We would absolutely return again.

The property was great, and our pets were treated well

Drawbacks are it is expensive and the elevator can take a while sometimes. I would definitely stay here again.

Was great for all three of our kids. There are height restrictions but it was still worth it.

Great resort. We really enjoyed the water park. Only feedback would be is the pool water was really cold and hard to get used to, even when it was 80 drgrees out.
