The hotel facility (room, common areas, pools, waterslides) is very nice, and they offered a number of fun daily activities for guests of all ages. The room was clean and quiet and was turned timely and daily. The staff is very friendly. Valet service was prompt and professional. Room service was not very good -- it appeared someone loaded up plates from a breakfast buffet table and delivered it to the room. No amenities that you might expect from a high-level hotel -- eg, no robes, no slippers.

We’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and this hotel never disappoints. It’s become a family tradition to visit at least once a year. We had such a great time this weekend for my mom‘s birthday. Staff is really attentive and property continues to improve.

Breakfast was five star. Food by the pools was excellent as well. However, dinner at Tarpon Bay and Tanglewoods need major improvement. Dinner options. Only good food was in the bar area.
