Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs

toilets are low to ground. carpets? not exactly germ free. Balcony was awesome! Kitchenette awesome! I would stay again. 4.98 stars.

Best resort/vacation I’ve ever had in Florida. Four pools a lazy river two hot tubs two bars and a restaurant. And the private island! We will definitely be back. The staff was beyond nice and courteous. Do not hesitate to book a stay here.

Amazing and really good facilities

The rooms are very old. The towels I got had stains on them. The soap bottles had people’s hair on it. Couldn’t wait to check out and stay somewhere else.

Everything was amazing to include the staff. This was a very relaxing trip. It is so beautiful lots of areas to walk, eat, relax and lots of nearby shopping.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation at a quiet, family-friendly hotel offering quality and good amenities, this is the ideal choice. It features a shuttle service to a private beach, as well as a small pool area and a lazy river that are perfect for families.

We had a terrific stay at the Hyatt Vacation Club. We stayed during the non-peak season, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. That being said everything was perfect. Check in was nice and easy, our room as actually ready before 4 that was a nice bonus. After Check in they asked politely if we were interested in a presentation, we said no and they said No problem. (Unlike some other places we have stayed where they can be a bit pushy). Room was great. Nice and Clean. Balcony, Sofa bed, Washer and Dryer. Great Bathroom. The Grounds were well kept and clean. The Staff was also amazing. The pools were also great. Two Pools one 5 ft Max and the other was 6ft Max also had a great Lazy River and a hot Tub. There were two Bars to order drinks and food from. Food was very good and very convenient if you just wanted a pool day. Overall, it was so nice and much needed break, and we can't wait to go back next time we are in the Bonita Springs area.

Last guests laundry in the dryer. Reception staff vague and uninterested, no elevator visible near the room, and an odor of spices from cooking Iin the room, so while the room looked clean and well appointed the odor and the laundry made me think it was not cleaned well

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great, clean, and well maintained. The hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, making it the perfect place to spend quality time and unwind. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy their time.

This was our 2nd time at this property. We love the location and amenities. Plus, we also enjoyed the complimentary ferry to Hyatt’s private island! Was a wonderful stay. Very clean too.

Loved the lazy river, staff was pleasant and helpful, and we loved our 1-bedroom villa.

Accommodation is spacious and well maintained. Staff welcoming and friendly. 100% recommended.

Room was clean and big for a studio. Enjoyed the pool, sauna, hot tub, lazy river and steam room. Movie night was a bust but I think that was due to the lightning nearby. Had a good time, would go back.

Habitación vieja

The rooms in buildings 1-3 are dated and dirty. Building 4 is reserved for timeshare members is the only building that is updated and clean. I was very disappointed in my stay this time as the rooms seem to have never been cleaned. The bed sheets were changed and the towles are clean but the colors in the bathroom and kitchen were black with accumulated dirt. It’s a shame because the pool area and public space were up-kept and clean. Seems like they only cater to owners, and it’s not cheap to stay so that shouldn’t be the case. This is a great resort but they need to make an effort and actually clean the rooms with water and disinfectant because it was pretty dirty.

The villa was absolutely perfect and amazing! Cleanest I have ever seen, even the balcony, there was not even a spec of dirt. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom very nice and spacious. Very quiet, even though we had neighbors we did not hear them. No matter which building you stay in, it is just a short walk to the beautiful pools and other amenities. We have stayed a couple of times and highly recommend for a nice weekend getaway.
