-Towel bar in our bathroom fell off it's bracket twice. From just hanging up a towel?? Note: this was the only thing I mentioned on checking out and I was told that's what happens when people lean on it ...??.. yeah, didn't do that. -Television had no - for the sake of people possibly coming from everywhere- no "instruction" card or paperwork on the bureau. Literally had to ask the front desk woman how to use the remote. (BTW - we had friendly next door guests we chatted with who couldn't figure it out either). Was just trying to net network news. -No bathroom fan?? I would've opened the bathroom window but it had no screen. Sorry don't prefer bugs. - Bathroom baseboard heating unit was rusty. Not that I needed it, but it wasn't "Resort" caliber. -Bathroom door would not close properly - likely because it had been over-painted so many times it just "stuck". If we did slam it shut, it took 2 people - one to push and one to pull - to get out. Again, really friendly people, beds were comfy, lovely location. But Lark Hotels should take note.

Unbelievably wonderful place to relax, have incredible food and drinks, tuck away in a cabin or room, and take in Maine's beauty and the ocean

Super dog friendly! I think my dog enjoyed it more than I even did. Highlights - comfy bed, nice deck, location, loved the picnics tables and Adirondack chairs at waters edge. Great place to have a drink or eat takeout. Dining services were slow, food is good but expensive.

the staff were so kind & attentive! We felt so welcomed. We had help offered at every turn. We also ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was SOOOO delicious!!

Wonderful, relaxing getaway. Room was clean and spacious. Beautiful setting. Ate at the restaurant all three nights - was so good we didn’t want to go somewhere else. Hope to return next year!

My husband and I stayed in the cottage Dory. It was very nice and quiet. A couple of problems , none of the windows opened. They were painted shut.I would have liked to enjoy the wonderful ocean air while sleeping. The bathroom door would not stay closed and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. There also was trash in the grass next to the porch. That being said, sitting by the ocean and watching those beautiful sunsets was wonderful. Also the restaurant food was very good.

Wonderful location in quite area. It felt like a hidden paradise where time stops and you can just relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The room was perfectly set with very comfortable beds. The restaurant was excellent and we ended up going every night with a feeling of beeing home. Breakfast was also great and service was amazing! From the bar tender, to the front desk to restaurant waiters everyone was very nice and welcoming. This is definitely a place to recommend and we will come back each time we need to disconnect and refill! Nothing to complain about except we had to leave ;-)

Laura at the front desk was so very helpful . A true gem !

Nice accommodations on the beach. Our room was half a cabin, cute but very small, and the light in the "living room" was pretty useless. A 25 watt bulb at best that left the room too dark to use after the sun went down. The shower stall could have used a good scrubbing. Otherwise everything was nice and we had a great meal in the restaurant and a nice walk around the water afterwards. I enjoyed our stay.

Great location and outdoor amenities, the interior was super cute but smelled musty & was quite dark even with all the lights turned on, it was also lacking some basics like luggage racks which would have really elevated the experience.
