We could smell the cleanliness when we walked in the door. We got extra towels with not issues and a recommendation at a local spot for supper. There was a good variety of items for breakfast. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk person to the person cleaning the elevator.

Manager on duty, Ms Testerman, was great!! The property was very clean but the pool needed a little more upkeep and the bed comforter was stained.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bossier City was just right. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, the building smelled clean. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Great job. Thank you.

The service was really great. The guy at the counter was super nice, I forgot to get his name. When we went to check out Kelli was at the desk and she was amazing!!! I'd forgotten to add my member information when I made the reservation and she reminded me and had did it for me. I appreciate that she took the time to do that for me, without me having to ask. Little things and genuine kindness goes a long way. I will definitely be back.

Door was stuck when I tried to get into my room and the controls for the Ac weren’t working right so it was freezing in my room all night, but overall it wasn’t a bad stay.
