This is pretty standard fare traveling. It was a comfortable room and clean bathroom. You won't be disappointed.

The comfort of the beds were terrible in room 232. They were hard as a rock, and the center portion of the bed was raised, so it felt like sleeping on a sloped hill. The pillows were sized to small for a queen bed. I had to go buy a pillow after the first night. We also checked out a day early as a deciding factor to leave early was the lack of comfortable sleep that me and my daughter didn’t get. There was also a build up of trash over flowing from the can on the 2nd floor laundry room. Trash was there for 2 days, and was still there when we left early.

Decent place to stay if you want to be near Boston or surrounding towns like Concord. You're not really near much, a bit out of the way, so best for those looking to save money by being willing to travel a bit to whatever you want to do. This was my second stay during travel for work during Harvard commencement week when hotel prices in the area are astronomical, and the savings were definitely worth it. The first time I didn't mind the location because of the onsite restaurant and relatively short drive to Concord. This time the "restaurant" only had a handful of items on a drastically reduced menu—not really an option for a real dinner. The rooms are decent, clean and fairly comfortable. Staff is helpful. If you're in the area during a more affordable time, I would stay somewhere else with a more convenient location, but if you want the savings, this place works!

Great place to stay with reasonable pricing.
-
Food in bistro, temperature control, most staff Loud music in bistro/lounge that drove one to have take out and imprison in room during meals. Most staff either could or would not turn it down on request

Good experience once we got there. Hotel did not communicate well before as we tried to make name adjustments and get a credit card down for incidentals for all rooms that I paid for.
