Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salt Lake City N – Bountiful by IHG

The location of the hotel to Lagoon Park was amazing less then 8 mins. Very clean rooms and Bathrooms had Dove- lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash. Food is Amazing!!!!!!!! Great overall place. They never return my $100 hold fee which sucks!!.

The rooms were comfortable and had everything we required. The staff were efficient and helpful. One of the quickest checkins I have had. Nothing to dislike

Great place with nice personal and very nice breakfast room. All fine! Close to the main road so you hear some car noise.

No hot water in my room. the A/C didn't work. Breakfast wasn't all that good.

Updated and renovated Door had 2 peep holes and the bottom lock wouldn’t stay locked. Hot water wasn’t very hot.

Location was right be the freeway so easy on and off access We were put in a room with the loudest mechanical equipment behind a bumped out wall in our room! It was on non stop and the noise gave us a headache. We were there for only one night so we didn’t ask to move rooms but it was awful. Bad design. Breakfast wasn’t great options. Pancake machine broken.

There were no shelves and no area in bathroom to put your personal hygiene stuff. The blinds didn't open

Loved the layout of the room, like the separate bedroom area and the fact that they had two separate television sets, so I could watch what I wanted, and my husband could watch his sports. Everything was well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Breakfast Hot was not working

Great proximity to the location I was working, but unpleasant bed, lights turning off during showers, building shakes from being so close to the highway when more than one 18-wheeler flies by, crappy breakfast options and understocked, crappy fruits, printer/computer not working for at least 11 days my entire trip but much longer according to the front desk, pool/hot/gym/amenities altogether poor.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room vanities! The service was not typical. It was amazing! I was informed of the pool and gym hours including breakfast times. I also asked where I could get food nearby and all with a SMILE!

Friendly staff. Clean for the most part. My kids enjoyed the hot coaco available. We unfortunately had to leave before breakfast, a little sad we missed it. Room 202 needs a drain clean out in the tub and the exhaust fan could use a cleaning. We couldn't figure out what the light switch was for in the pullout couch room, didn't work the light.

Toilet seat mounts were dirty Shower curtain was ripped and falling down Bedside light didn’t work. We found out that it was unplugged, but when we plugged it in, it made a constant beeping noise.

We didn’t use the pool or gym so can’t say but for a quick easy stop right off the highway it was exactly what we needed.
