This worked so well for me on my trip I do wish I could’ve extended at the desk for another couple of nights but was told I had to do an additional 7 days instead of two. This is a policy I would like changed if I were in charge. Other then that I highly recommend it

The TV lost channels for 6 hours, thank goodness it came back on by itself. I called at 6:30 pm and by noon the next day, no one had come to check on the issue

Disappointing
-
Specific check in hours, if you miss your check in time , they cancel your entire reservation. Waited 20 minutes just for someone to open the door.
-
Avoid this place not all rooms are remodeled and the one I was in smelled like someone was smoking in it before I stayed.

Stay here if you want your room to smell like someone smoked in it before you checked in. Also not all of the rooms are "remodeled"

Nice and quiet I couldn't ask for more than that

The beds are so hard.

The manager was very crass and, unaccommodating. We were told that they only have double beds. Placed in a room with furniture that I would have thrown away.

I was in a real bad place going through a separation and needed a place to stay . The first time I stayed here the room was decent . I guess it was an upgraded room . I had to come stay for another week and the next room I stayed it was terrible . Paint chipping from water damage , the faucet in the shower had so much corrosion around it I couldn’t even adjust my water temperature. Someone was over dosing in the grass at the nearby gas station . The lady at the front desk is an angel but this place could definitely use some help .

Extra charge and no manners how to talk with customers

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. The upgrades they are making to the property are great. The staff of this location were very professional and attentive. Will stay at this location again.

Clean rooms The office staff. Charged me a late fee when I did everything I could to pay on time including contacting them to pay over the phone before I was even late. My online payment method never worked and they even tried each time. But with the hour window from when they are there and when it was due was during my work hours. When talking on the the they said I couldn’t pay by phone and that I’d have a late fee. Even though while I was in the office paying the week before, witnessed someone paying by phone. Then was told she was allowed cause she knows her?!!!! But I was told to work it out with Michelle when I got off work, which was only2 hours after due time. Being told they could have maybe an hour late but not two. I called and told them my situation and they just charged me the late fee and wouldn’t listen. So upsetting and anxiety bringing. Also they would knock and come right in my room. I work nights and waking up to someone in my room was not ok. They knew I slept during the day. And that was just to give me a package. If I don’t answer. Go away. It is not an invite to come in. I have written customer service and I’ve heard nothing back. I left the property and will not be back. I will not be treated like I’m not a respected guest. I left the room in beautiful condition.
