Friendly staff members and the clean area! Cheap and accessible to other areas around the property. Would stay here again in Salt Lake City! 😊

Lady at the counter was pretty friendly. I rocked up at 3 and while the room should be ready at 1, it was not ready for another 30 minutes after I got there though I did make a late booking, I would have thought they would have rooms ready. Place is opposite a refinery so not much traffic. Carpet was threadbare, sink was well stained. OK for a nights stay when the inner city places were full but not as well set up as it could be.

Things not kept up properly. Was put in what may have been a smoking room (which I did not want) and had a heavy smell, but no ashtray to designate that it was supposed to be a smoking room. To me that just says, not taken care of properly. I addressed my animals accident and they seemed really unconcerned and I am not convinced they were going to sanitize it. I hope they did. The area of the hotel was just not the best, although blaming the hotel themselves is not entirely appropriate here. For our quick stay, I guess it was alright, just a few more cleanliness details could have made this a lot better. HOWEVER! In general the staff was EXCEPTIONAL with coordinating everything and making sure my pets were situated! I give all the stars possible for the staffs kindness!

Clean room and very helpful staff, however the property is very old looking and my neighbor was smoking outside and the smoke was coming inside my room too.

Front desk staff was incredibly rude. Myself and 2 others were waiting for several minutes to check out. The front counter was empty. After a few minutes I called towards the back politely, twice and received no response. A minute later the male representative came out and dressed me down in front of the other 3 customers. Both of who stated I was polite in my call out and that the attendant was very disrespectful. All of us placed our room keys on the counter and he tossed mine onto the floor. I don't think he even checked me out as I keep getting automated notices from you. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a front desk clerk or any hotel employee in my 58 years now. This was a bad look for Super 8 and a worse look for Wyndham. I encourag you to coach this person.

The room was mostly clean, a few minor issues but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Easy off and on the interstate. Lots of convenient places for food just up the road and stores for shopping. The main reason for the low review is the pool was out of service. Also the showers were very odd but worked fine.

We didn't found what was annonced on the site: no breakfast, no pool. Very disapointed.

The room had nasty bugs all over the surface tops and floor.

There were alot of parking spaces too however the parking area is really filthy, there were broken glasses as well and we have our dog so we were worried about her walking in that parking lot.

Clean room, 15 mins drive from SLC.

Very small room The water faucets were backwards. Right was hot. And left was cold !😳. And the hot. Was just barely warm.

It was good , but no swimming pool and the breakfast........? But ok anyway

For one day it's ok or emergency

bugs, cigarette burns on the beds, smoke damage, felt unsafe. left like thirty minutes after checking in

Staff was great. Room was not very clean! Found hairs on floors, counters, a towel! No shampoo only soap! Floors were dirty!!!
