Nice hotel. My bathtub was slippery, I almost fell a few times while showering.

Ok.

Get a gym in there and we're all good

Bed sheets dirty. Mattress dirty. Towels dirty.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was underwhelming and stains that look like blood on mattress and curtains room 316

I will not be booking this hotel again. I’ve stayed numerous times and in all reality better business bureau should be called to come and do a check on the property.

Simply perfect. Amazing staff and amenities

Rooms were dirty, it smelled bad and staff was not friendly.

Very clean room, nice pet area. The sprinklers outside made for a very muddy area where we parked, but the grass was nice and green. Pool was nice and kids loved the vending machines for an evening snack.

The elevator smelled like smoke. I could never find someone at the desk. The sink faucet leaked.

The biggest complaint would be the beds. They were very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early. Other than that it was fine.

Hotel location was good…. But it definitely wasn’t very clean. The sheets came off the mattress and it had a giant (what looked like) blood stain down the side of the mattress. The comforter also had a big yellow stain on it. It overall was kind of gross. The pool and hot tub were great though.

It was a terrible experience; I left behind a bag of shoes, and they refused to give it back to me.😡

It was adequate. Both juice machine and ice machine were out of order. Not many options for breakfast.

It was a mess, the room was disgusting. Our room had stains all over the place, mattress, curtains, sofa, literally everywhere!!!

When we arrived at the hotel I noticed a trash can outside by the entrance that was so overflowing that items were on the ground I thought that the next morning when we loaded up the car that it would be clean and it was the same if not worse still lots of trash just all over the top and around the ground the trash empitier must have been off that day to me first impression make a big deal and this didn’t also the morning breakfast omelet was a little could I put it in the microwave to warm up aside from those items it was not a bad stay lots of restaurants nearby and stores.

Parking as afequate, good location

The room was clean. The cleaning people were great. Overall we had a good experience

I enjoyed the location of the motel, plenty of places to eat and a grocery store right there. Room was clean, bathroom room some what outdated. Over all a great place to stay. I've stayed here many times as I do medical care here in Salt Lake. The staff has always been great.
