Best Western Plus Cottontree Inn

The property was close to a greenbelt, ideal for her morning walk. Only 10mins to great hiking trails. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Easy access to Salt Lake City via highway 89, 20 mins to Trolley Square.

lOCATION WORKED OUT GREAT FOR OUR TRIP. I WOULD USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Theres no hand soap in our rooms. The noise was incredibly loud. There was hair in the bathtub when we checked in.

The room was clean, but when I turned on the AC, it smelled like something was burning, which made us uncomfortable. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

The pool was nice. Kids have fun. We did not use the hot tub but there is one available. The hotel is okay for a night sleep. We stayed there because it was closed to Lagoon and we planned last minute so there was not a lot of hotel available.

Location handy for my needs

They did a GREAT job! We will be happy to stay again with them next time we are in Bountiful! They were also GREAT in resolving an issue we had with our booking service - Hotels.com. Everything was resolved! GREAT JOB everyone! Thank you SO MUCH Best Western Plus! Everyone deserves a raise!

everything was good

The room was spacious and clean. My daughter loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided by the hotel. The pool is bigger than expected and has a patio to go out and get some sunshine. The bed was comfy, the couch bed had fresh sheets and blankets. It was a great stay.

The room was clean and large (we had a room with 2 queen beds). The pool was indoors so the temperature was perfect. They have a fairly wide selection of continental breakfast items, a nice mix of hot and cold options. There are also a couple fast food choices walkable nearby. We were just passing through in our way to our final destination, but it was a nice stop for the night.

Hotel was fine, met expectations, breakfast was fine, coffee machine the best! Friendly staff and hotel felt secure We were put in room 120 right next to the stairs. Understandably with a full hotel it was loud but the constant stomping up and down the stairs made it hard to sleep, had to leave the tv on all night to try and mask the sounds of people on the stairs, thin walls on the stair side didn't help

Good Location. The hotel was situated in an area that was very convenient.

I love the Jacuzzi! The room was clean and comfortable! I love, love the location, so close to everything! It was super easy to check in and out. I will highly recommend this to anyone and will be staying here again!!! The pool was freezing!!!

One of the most comfortable bed and pillows Ive slept on. Room was quiet even with dog barking down the hallway. Pet friendly room was large and clean. 2nd floor for pets seems like an odd choice tho. The hotel machines had some sorted, but limited items to buy. Area was quiet despite being close to freeway
