Hampton Inn Salt Lake City-North

Clean. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Got great service and ideas what to see. Roberta, in charge of breakfast, what a lovely individual, carried a tray for my husband. And Cayden at the front desk got my GPS resolved. 100% recommend this location based on staff!

Perfect room, dog friendly. Perfect stay

Breakfast was a little nicer than the usual: make your own mini waffles, pre-made eggs and a meat. It was busy but the very kind staff was hustling to keep it stocked. The only complaint we had was the AC, it was so loud and made a lot of noise turning on and off during the night. I hope these are phase 2 of the renovations.

The staff at checkin was no informative. She just handed me the key and charged me $30. She didn’t tell me where the room was, what time the pool closed, what time breakfast was, or what the $30 was for. I had to ask and then ask again. The staff at breakfast was amazing. Breakfast was so so. My son did enjoy the choice included for waffles. The carpet in the room was dirty. The choice of pillows were nice. Not much to watch on tv unless or have subscriptions.

Very pleasant stay and left feeling well rested and satisfied. Room was clean and well kept. Property was full of amenities, modern, and well decorated. Staff were service oriented and courteous. Continental breakfast was noticeably better both in variety and quality than the typical chain motel breakfasts. Overall a step above the typical travel/business motel. Higher quality and great value for the price point.

The room was clean and the hotel is of recent construction. They must have a very small staff because I didn't see them except at check-in. The included breakfast was fine.
