Clean rooms. Front desk employee could have been a bit friendlier and welcoming.

We recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the bountiful area! Beds were so comfortable and very clean room!

Very pleasant stay and left feeling well rested and satisfied. Room was clean and well kept. Property was full of amenities, modern, and well decorated. Staff were service oriented and courteous. Continental breakfast was noticeably better both in variety and quality than the typical chain motel breakfasts. Overall a step above the typical travel/business motel. Higher quality and great value for the price point.

The room was clean and the hotel is of recent construction. They must have a very small staff because I didn't see them except at check-in. The included breakfast was fine.

A socer team was staying on the 1st floor. As the parents hung out in the breakfast area the kids were running up and down the hall going in and out of each other rooms and being extremely loud. After 10 pm I asked the front desk to ask the parents to control their kids. That worked for about 5 minutes then about 10 kids moved into the room next door. At 1115 the kids were still out of control so I went to the front desk and asked the new desk attendant to talk to the parents who were still in the breakfast area. That did not go well. It did quite down about 10 minutes later. We were offered to move rooms which was a ridiculous suggestion since their were 3 of us in a handicap room for a reason. The room offer was for a single king. The noise problem was poorly handled. More training is needed on how to handle these kind of situations and to be more authoritive towards the offenders.

Hampton Inn are consistently good and this was no exception. Decent breakfast, convenient location to shopping, grocery store and restaurants.

We were unexpectedly given a handicapped room right by the lobby. I should have been given the type of room I requested. This location was noisy. I had reserved months in advance and expected the regular room I wanted. The bed was very low to the ground which was a bit strange. ALso the bathroom had a walk in shower which I could see would be great for someone who needed it, but the dispensers were so low on the wall. And the area around the sink was practically nonexistent. I hate it when there is no place to put your stuff. Please have a sink area with some counter space!!
