The location was great, with easy access to the beach and the added convenience of chairs and umbrellas already set up. However, I do think the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The floors were never cleaned during our stay, which left the room feeling sandy despite our efforts to avoid tracking sand in from the beach. We also found there had been small items that had been left behind by previous guests, which made the room feel less clean. Overall, the location was a major plus, but the standard of cleanliness could definitely be improved.

The next time though I would definitely stay at a property with a pool and on beach, NOT go through a third party.

Our stay was perfect!

Very peaceful place and we really enjoyed the beach. Definitely visiting again!!!!

The room was nice and clean! The location is great for being close to the beach and places to eat! The walls were thin and even though the neighbors weren't loud, it sounded like they were in our room. We were under the impression we had a pool outside of our rooms but we did not.

The room was clean, spacious, remodeled, good air conditioner and a ceiling fan. Spacious and remodeled bathroom. Room service was amazing. They changed beach and regular towels ever day. One minute walk to the beach. The experience at Anna María Island was unique. We will definitely come back soon.

My only complaint is there wasn’t a pool and there wasn’t a microwave, oven, toaster oven, or air fryer to heat food, just a stove.

Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The problem is that we did not receive the room and amenities that were advertised on the website. While the pictures showed a kitchenette, our room only had a small refrigerator and nothing else. The ad showed the room being one block from the beach, but our room was further. Finally, the ad showed a pool, but our room was a part of their “new” addition and did not have a pool. We were allowed access to the pool in the advertisement, but it was several blocks away, too hot to walk in the 98 degree Florida heat and too much of a hassle to drive there with the traffic, find a parking spot, and then drive back to our room in wet swim suits. This was not ideal at all.

Room next door had their tv on loud enough for us to hear until almost 5:00 am, making it most difficult to sleep, and they did not lower it when I knocked on the adjoining door at 4:30. There were no lights, except the overhead ones... the ones on either side of the bed were taken out. The rug under the bed had the edges turned up, so you had to be careful not to trip on it. The room had been repainted recently and had a nice bathroom with a big shower and double sinks, but only one small towel bar and no shelf in the shower to put one's own soap and shampoo.

The only thing I didn’t like is that other visitors staying next door was being very loud late at night and wake me up from my sleep at 1 am, this is definitely something to consider if you are traveling with kids.

Nice and clean. Essentially brand new property. Beach across the street. I gave 4 stars because not all rooms have cook top or microwave.

Great experience

They responded quickly when we need, I’m feeling helpful, the team staff are the best part in the all hotels

There were people outside arguing at midnight. Then there was noise all night that sounded like a child or pet. We love Anna Maria island but this wasn't a good experience.

The confusing part is that when we checked in, Karol specifically told us we could use any pool that belongs to the same company. If there was a misunderstanding, it could have been handled politely and professionally. Instead, we were treated as if we had done something wrong, which was embarrassing, especially in front of others peoples. To make matters worse, the room was dirty, and we even found cockroaches inside. Between the poor cleanliness and the unprofessional customer service, this was a very disappointing stay. I hope management addresses both the staff’s attitude and the cleanliness of the property so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Great location!! Super nice, quaint accommodation. All updated. Would stay again

Looks like there was a party around the pool and the piles of trash were left by the garbage cans the whole time we were there. Rooms were fine, just the pool area.
-
Air conditioner did not work well and wouldn't cool below 75 degrees for the first day. We were never able to get warm water in the shower for the duration of our stay. There were gnats everywhere in the room.

Don't mean to complain, but for a $500 a night room, I expected superior amenities. The room was nice and clean, but the shower water pressure was not very good, and there was no hot water at 5:00 when I checked in, or 8:30 the next morning. Also, it wasn't the designation on Gulf Drive, it was a block behind away from the water.
