Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bradenton-Lakewood Ranch, FL

Everything good

During my stay i noticed a side door without lock which made the hotel accessible by non key holding people. Terrible security for the 1st level. Their elevator was not working during my stay. On my last night I left a cookie on my desk and a cockroach was on it when I returned. I asked the cashier for a spray and she could not find it.

Staff was cordial. Clean room. I would go back if I am in town again.

Walk-in shower curtain allowed water puddle to form on the bathroom floor after shower. No big deal, but very annoying. Water dripped from the curtain to the top of the barrier, then to the floor. Reposition the curtain, maybe?

Excellent

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Shower water pressure was good. The bath towels were big enough to wrap around my hair, which is rare. The front desk lady at check-in was great. The breakfast room lady was great. She keeps the area stocked and spotless.

We have stayed here twice and it was clean and very quiet both times.

Dawn who managed the breakfast bar was excellent The mattress was so uncomfortable I LEFT YOUR HOTEL Housekeeping was mediocre.

Exceptional

Muy limpio y tranquilo el lugar

Overall, everything was very good; I’ve been there three times with my family, and it’s always excellent.

Great stay with family

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There was a strong and unpleasant sewage-like smell in the hotel, which made our stay very uncomfortable. We reported the issue to the staff, but instead of addressing the source of the problem, they simply gave us an air freshener spray. This did not solve the issue at all. We expected a much better response and overall experience from the hotel.

Restroom didn’t work. Guy went to get new parts and still didn’t work. Girl at front desk was very helpful. Had Hotel dot com find us a different hotel. All is good.

Only the positions The cafeteria lady, she’s so rude
