The room was good bed was comfortable.

It was a good experience for myself and my babies

It’s a cheap motel so you get what you pay for. The beds are very uncomfortable, it’s like a 5 inch mattress on a metal frame. It has a full size refrigerator so that’s nice.

The entire hotel had a weird smell to it… The elevator had a really bad smell to it. The room itself was good, except the bed was not very comfortable and it squeaked loud when I moved. I also found several black hairs on my bed as well as several cockroaches that I killed in the room over the four days I was there. The staff member was very friendly and helpful but usually was not at the desk and I had to call to have him come to the front desk to check in and the following night when my room key suddenly stopped working. Overall it was ok…but nothing to write home about.

We didn't have b'fast , but the overall stay was awesome N/A

The staff was never at the desk which I also took photos of. They allowed us only two towels and one washcloth for three people the entire stay. Oh, and one small bottle of shampoo and a bar of hand soap . No blow dryer. People (un housed) sleeping in front of the hotel and next to cars in the parking lot. Smelled like weed inside the entire hotel. Don’t stay here.

Staff went above and beyond to help me out on a late check-in since i was coming from Texas. Cleanliness of the overall property, specially the room was disappointing

Convenient location, safe, clean

I had a horrible experience. I arrived at the hotel, and there was no one at the front desk. I called a number posted at the entrance and waited for someone to show up. The staff member told me that there were no rooms available and that he couldn't do anything about it. I had made my reservation weeks in advance. This is clearly a breakdown in communication between the hotel and Booking.com. Terrible service from the hotel.

Everything No pool or balcony

The staff is very nice. The room was clean. The biggest issue is the smell. The hallways smell horrible. It's noticeable as soon as you walk in the front door. It smells like a sewage leak covered by the smell of cleaning products.

Good

No-frills extended-stay hotel. Lots of people are hanging out outside the hotel and cleaning of common areas appears infrequent. Room was clean. Hotel is fairly old, but recently upgraded.
