no issues. room was clean staff was helpful

First and foremost the room was not nice. They had only provided me two thin pillows and I could feel the springs of the mattress.You are able to smell the dirtiness in the air although it could’ve have been the carpet or the sheets ,and To top it off I was able to hear everything in the room above me.We couldn’t sleep because we could hear the guests as if they were killing each other.It was a horrible and disgusting night. I would advise others not to go here because of this horrible experience.

Weak water pressure

Water pressure was horrible. Room had damages and didn't even have soap in the room.

Weight machines were all inoperable, they say on the website room service every other day never got one in four days. Ran out of toilet paper and never got it refilled. Had to go to the store to buy my own. Staff hours are terrible. Nobody there in the morning before seven. Not a good hotel for a business person to go to.

Well when I first checked in the man at the counter was VERY rude then I get to my room and low an behold a dirty q-tip on the floor, garbage and the tub wouldn’t drain. Moral of the tale it’s was disgusting so I had the room switched and that one didn’t even have a tv remote the cabinet draw didn’t have a bottom In it. I will never stay there again.

The room was good bed was comfortable.

It was a good experience for myself and my babies

It’s a cheap motel so you get what you pay for. The beds are very uncomfortable, it’s like a 5 inch mattress on a metal frame. It has a full size refrigerator so that’s nice.

The entire hotel had a weird smell to it… The elevator had a really bad smell to it. The room itself was good, except the bed was not very comfortable and it squeaked loud when I moved. I also found several black hairs on my bed as well as several cockroaches that I killed in the room over the four days I was there. The staff member was very friendly and helpful but usually was not at the desk and I had to call to have him come to the front desk to check in and the following night when my room key suddenly stopped working. Overall it was ok…but nothing to write home about.

Stove fridge combined Bed water pressure

The staff was never at the desk which I also took photos of. They allowed us only two towels and one washcloth for three people the entire stay. Oh, and one small bottle of shampoo and a bar of hand soap . No blow dryer. People (un housed) sleeping in front of the hotel and next to cars in the parking lot. Smelled like weed inside the entire hotel. Don’t stay here.

Staff went above and beyond to help me out on a late check-in since i was coming from Texas. Cleanliness of the overall property, specially the room was disappointing
