My family loved the pool area. We have an 11 year old and 6 year old. There were so many other kids for my kids to play with and have fun with in the pool area when we were there. We also loved the breakfast in the morning, definitely one of the better hotel breakfast we have had.

Everything was very good or excellent.

The breakfast was above average with cheese omelets that were actually good. The kids loved the pancakes. Muffins also tasted good. The indoor playground and swim pool were a huge hit with our two 8yo’s and 5yo. Highly recommend.

The staff was great, breakfast was good. We had a room with a king bed and pull out couch, the mattress for the pull out couch was springs with a cover. Not exaggerating. I know it won’t be a pillow top but hard to even consider that a place to sleep with the condition. Floors were damp the entire stay. Not sure if it was the humidity or they shampooed before we arrived but it was so damp we had to wear shoes otherwise the socks would be wet. Other than that it was good enough for what we needed.

Our room was clean and the beds were excellent! I had several questions about my reservation add on and they were very helpful. We used the pool to do some exercise walking due to the heat outside. My only disappointment was the jets on the hot tub were not working due to the control panel being broken at the time of our visit.

The hotel was outdated and not up kept. The carpet was messed up scraps on the walls ans cabinets. Not worth what I paid for it.
