Quality Inn Brandon - Sioux Falls

Everything was ok!! Staff was super nice but, our room smelled like body odor extremely bad!!

Though now a non-smoking room, it still had a mild stale cigarette smoke smell when we entered.

We were there to visit my daughter. It was perfect not the most up to date but perfect for a great relaxing time with the family. Great breakfast. Great beds. Pool was not open for 1/2 of stay. But it was a great place.

Wonderful hotel - we’ll definitely stay again. Convenient location close to interstate, clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed, all bathroom fixtures worked & shower had great water pressure. USB ports in lamps for charging phones was a bonus, along with a good selection of hot & cold food at breakfast. Friendly staff topped it off. All in all, a wonderful experience at a fair price!

Needs an overall update; the carpet is worn, everything seems faded. Bathroom was the worst with old cracked tile grout and a toilet that was so low I think it was made for a kindergarten bathroom - seriously so difficult to use, I opted for the newer facility in the lobby.

Staff was wonderful. Front desk, breakfast attendant and housekeepers were friendly and accomodating!

Very dirty.

Location Our room smelled, it was dirty, caulk was peeling in the bathroom, could not see out of windows as all seals were bad in windows causing staining between panes, AC did not work, landscaping over come by weeds, hot tub was dirty and gross, rubber backing on curtains was all peeling allowing lite to shine in when curtains were shut

Have stayed here several times and is always a good stay

Breakfast was good, pool was disappointing very shallow

The room was very clean. Nice to have a kitchenette when staying a couple days. Also staff very friendly.

No elevators. The hotel is quite outdated.

Friendly staff. comfortable room. I was in a wheelchair accessible room, and I thought it was very well designed for that. I don’t use a wheelchair, but my mother did and I know a good accessible room when I see one. I ran out of hot water for my shower in the morning

The mattress should have been replaced about ten years ago. Will pass on quality inns in the future

Front staff was very helpful when we checked in. Lady in the morning keeping breakfast food hot was very friendly.
