Branson King Resort and Suites

THE PROPERTY IN THIS PHOTO IS NOT KING RESORT BUT HOLIDAY INN THAT IS NOT AFFILIATED!! Nothing, there was no front desk to speak with. This is not a resort or hotel but AIR BNB with no guest services on the property. The rooms were not cleaned prior to. There was dog hair and fur on the bed sheets and floor.

The staff was very nice. The bed was broken and breakfast bar was gross and dirty.

The breakfast for $ 5 dollars was great but advised free Everything it was so so dirty carpet shower toilet had to switch rooms super late when we arrived moved to a different room looked a little better but smelled like mold and cat spray toenails clipping at front door carpet absolutely disgusting would have left but couldn't find anywhere else on holiday weekend I had a toddler who had to where shoes all weekend and couldn't play on floor with cars no sheets on bed hairs everywhere

It was in a nice location and the apartments was nice sized.the beds was comfortable My couch didn’t have a mattress then we couldn’t get clean towels or linens then when they did it was pool towels the walls and floors wasn’t clean they had dirt marks and dust I basically cleaned my own unit

The room smelled so bad and the room was dirty. Shower was dirty and the toliet was dirty. The front desk lady was nice. Other than that I would not recommend.

The pool was nice and breakfast was okay. The breakfast worker was friendly and helpful I was asking to switch rooms or leave because I wasn't satisfied from the day I checked in. 28 hours later they did offer another room but after the inspection of it the conditions were the same. Was leaving the next morning so just stayed in the original room. The condos would have been good but the hotel side bad

Breakfast was good. Had to pay extra $5 for waffles which was an unpleasant surprise due to facility advertising breakfast included online. low staffing resulting in slower response to requests/needs

The beds were comfortable King bed rooms with sofa beds are first come first serve basis, which is a good thing because our original rooms TV was VERY crooked on the wall also no phone was located in the room. We was finally moved to a 2 queen bed room. We wasn’t given a key to the room until the next day. We noticed we had no towels, no wash rags, no ice bucket or phone so I assume they don’t supply a phone in the room. I called telling them we didn’t have no towels. We waited for 40 MINUTES and still no towels so we ended up going to bed because we was tired. Next day came and there was still no towels brought to our room, so we hoped they’d just bring it while we was out. We came back and there was still no towels my husband had to tell them AGAIN and 30 minutes later a later came and told us to through out the dirty towels over the balcony (like wtf) there was occasional dog hairs on the bedding. The carpet by the door was SOAKED due to the a/c leaking. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were super hard making us basically waste $5 because he didn’t want to try anything else

Loved how quite it was and we were able to bring our fur baby which made it easier to be gone longer Nothing

Every single room has someone wrong with it and we had 5 rooms.

Bed wasn't too bad last in charge of breakfast very polite , CHECK OUT EARLY Loud air conditioner, no bath towels, no remote for TV, tacky floor,

They tried. They tried but we had to ask 2 times a day to get what we Needed for our room. No tv, towels, toilet paper and holder fell off wall each time used. 1 roll in room. 1 light bulb in place, other 7 burned out. Rickety bed, headboard not even fastened. We had show tickets or would have left 2st day. Others too, but why-----

I love the location The fact that I paid over five hundred dollars for 3 nights and still had to pay for a warm breakfast .That wasn't expected. We didn't get the sleep sofa that we paid for, for our son.

Easy access The rooms weren’t clean but management fixed the problem

The location, the bed was comfortable, and outside was clean. Breakfast available Disorganized. Room was not completely cleaned. Tv did not work and maintenance spent alot of time in our room before eventually replacing it. No towels and had to go get some. Would have been nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room

The bed was very uncomfortable, there were no rokus for the Televisions, they said they would bring them but didn't, when we first got there and leave to go out the door wouldn't lock so we had to wait about 30 minutes for maintenance to change door knobs and key pad. For the price it could have been better.

No t.v.room smelled bad. no towel service

This place was terrible the hide away bed had blood stains on it, the other beds had stains as well we took off the sheets and had to get new because they were filthy someone else had slept in the one bed and left their pubic hair. I would NEVER go here again we left early because of such a bad choice on my part.

Manager is professional yet relatable.

2nd rm...bathroom wasn't clean..blood on toilet paper roll and toilet and hair everywhere. The fridge also didn't work and the ac struggled to blow cold...TV never worked &didn't have remote in rm..asked for service for hot water, fridges & TV * never received fixes on fridges or TV. Will NEVER stay here again also was told free brkfst..it was bagels, thats it.
