Loved how quite it was and we were able to bring our fur baby which made it easier to be gone longer Nothing

On the strip, and the pool was ok. The breakfast lady with the accent was amazing. Every single room has someone wrong with it and we had 5 rooms.

They tried. They tried but we had to ask 2 times a day to get what we Needed for our room. No tv, towels, toilet paper and holder fell off wall each time used. 1 roll in room. 1 light bulb in place, other 7 burned out. Rickety bed, headboard not even fastened. We had show tickets or would have left 2st day. Others too, but why-----

Bed wasn't too bad last in charge of breakfast very polite , CHECK OUT EARLY Loud air conditioner, no bath towels, no remote for TV, tacky floor,

We didn't get the sleep sofa that we paid for, for our son.

Easy access The rooms weren’t clean but management fixed the problem

The location, the bed was comfortable, and outside was clean. Breakfast available Disorganized. Room was not completely cleaned. Tv did not work and maintenance spent alot of time in our room before eventually replacing it. No towels and had to go get some. Would have been nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room

The Kitchen and Bathroom was nice!! The bed was very uncomfortable, there were no rokus for the Televisions, they said they would bring them but didn't, when we first got there and leave to go out the door wouldn't lock so we had to wait about 30 minutes for maintenance to change door knobs and key pad. For the price it could have been better.

Location This place was terrible the hide away bed had blood stains on it, the other beds had stains as well we took off the sheets and had to get new because they were filthy someone else had slept in the one bed and left their pubic hair. I would NEVER go here again we left early because of such a bad choice on my part.

2nd rm...bathroom wasn't clean..blood on toilet paper roll and toilet and hair everywhere. The fridge also didn't work and the ac struggled to blow cold...TV never worked &didn't have remote in rm..asked for service for hot water, fridges & TV * never received fixes on fridges or TV. Will NEVER stay here again also was told free brkfst..it was bagels, thats it.

All of the staff was very friendly. They have a really good hot breakfast and they do speciality coffee on site. Also, my family and I had a great time in the game room playing pool and other games. The mattress was firm and I like a softer mattress. However, both my kids said it was comfortable because they like firm mattresses. That's just really a personal preference.

Friendly staff. Room was cleanand huge! I had trouble getting into my room and staff was helpful. The breakfast staff are the true rockstars!! They are the best!

- Cleanliness: While the room appeared beautifully remodeled, it was very dirty. The floors were covered in dust and debris, making it impossible to walk around without socks. Also, in the bathroom shower there was black hair. - Shower Design: The shower placement was inconvenient. Because it can only be accessed from the right side, one has to stand fully inside to turn it on, resulting in getting soaked by cold water. - Maintenance: Upon arrival, the toilet in the second bathroom was non-functional. After several attempts to reach staff, we eventually discovered together that the water supply had been turned off. - Bedding: The king-size sheets were heavily stained. Additionally, we found long black hair on the bed, which was quite unsettling; fortunately, we had brought our own linens. - Obstructions: A king headboard was left in front of our door at some point, blocking our entry when we returned late at night. - Safety/Staff Conduct: Around 6:00 PM, we witnessed someone losing control of a metal cart carrying an appliance. The cart crashed into a wall at the bottom of the hill, and the individual involved left it there without attempting to retrieve it. And just didn't seem to care. Due to these factors, we did not feel comfortable using the kitchen or spending time in the room, and we stayed out about 90% of the time. The environment did not feel particularly kid-friendly, nor very welcoming.

It was very affordable. The office staff was very nice. The only concern I had is that when we opened the drawers of the dressers, there was trash from the previous people.A bunch of beef jerky boxes

The staff was very nice and accommodating to my family's needs. Waze took us through a neighborhood to get there instead of using main roads.

Absolutely nothing! Checked in our room and it smelled horrible like someone peed all in it. There was a beer can sitting on the table in our room, the floor was not vacuumed, bed had stains on it. I went to let them know at the desk and they gave me another room to look at. That room was also nasty. Tv was sitting on the floor not on a table or anything, floor was not vacuumed, I told them I would not even let my 1 year old daughter walk on the floor, this room also smelt horrible. So we went back to the desk and he took us his self to an room that was ok. I did ask for a refund so I could go somewhere else but he said it would take 7 days for it to be put back on my card. So we stayed. But I will never stay again. What should have been a free breakfast, you had to pay for. This was really the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We asked for more towels the night we got there, was told they would bring us some and never did. Also did not the next day until we asked for them again. Just all in all was horrible. After what we went through they should have discounted something for us.
