Very clean and well taken care of property. Nice to have a fridge and microwave with cold air conditioning. Beds were comfy too.

Room was large and clean. Bed was great. Staff was helpful. We will likely return when we visit Branson again.

Clean place to stay room had a roof leak but great breakfast and location

The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The chairs in the room were not comfortable, but we only stayed in the room to sleep so it wasn't a big deal.

Clean room and bathroom. Rooms seem to have been recently renovated. Very quiet place in the very busy theater district. Got to just walk to the clay cooper theater. Staff are very nice and work really hard to make the hotel a pleasant experience. We were very satisfied overall and also amazed how clear the water was in the outdoor swimming pool. Thanks Sue.

The room was super clean and the air conditioning worked very well! The staff was polite as well! I could not hear anything from any other room at any point too!

Room was clean and comfy. Excellent hot breakfast! Close to Branson strip, but much quieter. Will definitely stay again!

My only negative is that I do wish they had another lock on their door, such as a safety latch or chain.

No “on-site” laundry amenities. The front desk was closed at 10:00pm, so we had to call a number for any help. Our key timed out, so we had to call and wait for somebody to arrive to re-program a key.

Centrally located, quick drive to most attractions. The owner was pleasant. We paid for 2 queen beds and were given a room with 2 full beds, the microwave didn't actually work and despite the ac being on the room and bedding stayed damp. The bed sheets were a bit stained and unfortunately the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Everything was great the from the room, the breakfast and the perfect rocking chair in the front entry that I went to almost every day to see the sun go down. Blessings

There was a mix up... good ole booking.com issues - BUT the woman (and I feel terrible because I don't even think I got her name The breakfast wasn't that great. Not many options.

They try. The rooms are ok and seem clean. They really need to fix the foundational stuff. In our room...Toilet fill valve is messed up, remote falls apart every time you touch it, 32" TV?, clock won't display anymore, sheets are super scratchy...and the worst of all the beds are awful. No support at all, and you can feel the straps through the sheets. For a budget motel its fine and we have stayed in a lot, but for a 3 star we expected a bit more. The remodel they didnt even cut in the paint on the ceiling, just left that part white I guess lol. If i were the owners who apparently just bought it and trying to fix up, start with a room at a time or something and fix the stuff from the 80's. If you book this Inn just dont be surprised like we were. O yeah no elevator, get ready to carry bags up some stairs.

Only went for breakfast one time and it wasn't what we were lead to believe it would be. Went somewhere else and got breakfast. The place is clean.

The lobby and the breakfast room you're very clean and very well decorated. There was a problem with nats, and flies. The parking lot for building 2, where I was parked is very uneven and steep sloped.

Had to travel to sister hotel for breakfast. Staff very friendly and excellent. Air was ok. Room was clean but very outdated!!
