The breakfast room was kind of warm, unsure if because the hot weather or too many guests in the same room.

Great place to stay in Branson. The location is convenient and they have ticketing on site for shows and attractions. Breakfast was fantastic.
-
Breakfast was the same thing every day, the pool could’ve been cleaner.. I felt like I smelled like wet clothes left in the washer to long after I got out of the pool. I did find a roach in our room. Cards were constantly not working and needing to be replaced

Pools were ok. Love they were deeper than most, however water was cloudy. Same with hot tub. Breakfast was decent, however never been to a hotel free breakfast where you can’t serve proteins yourself. Only 3 waffle irons, so food took a while. Key Cards took several tries to unlock most doors. Parking lot was large and never had an issue finding a place to park by our room. Heat lamp in bathroom was broke, and the door was uneven so it scraped and was very noisy. Front desk staff was always very kind and helpful!

Nothing much to say but great job

The room breakfast was in stinks very bad! We did not eat in there bc of that. You enter all rooms from the outside!

The rooms were clean. The building was well kept compared to many of the other hotels and buildings on the Branson strip. Some rooms had interior doors and some were outside doors to your rooms. I was thankful we have a room with an interior door because there was no way to make a preference when booking. The pools are pretty small but this was one of the few hotels that offered and indoor AND outdoor pool. They also offer hot breakfast which was a bonus. I would stay again.

Room was clean and spacious. I had two queens/sofa bed room. Pool was nice, towels were replenished. Elevator was a bit sketchy and the breakfast was kind of a nightmare. I dont think it counts as a breakfast buffet when you cant serve yourself. I had to throw away my biscuits and gravy, she gave me one split biscuit with 3-4 ladles of gravy and it was so bland and soggy. Keep in mind the hotel is right on the strip so making a left turn will add at least 5 minutes to your trip.

It’s great one night stay.

Two pools and the staff were great! Lady at breakfast area who was in charge did great! She has a positive attitude and she and her crew provided excellent customer service
-
It is an older hotel needing lots of upgrades.
-
Facility was dated and run down, breakfast was not bad but limited seating, room was spacious and seemed somewhat clean. I would not stay there on a return trip.
-
Two things- One of our beds was too hard. And then the elevator door was not working properly and it would shut and open a couple times before taking us where we needed to go. I hope they get that fixed soon. Other than that, everything was great with nice amenities and a good location.

If you’re traveling with a family to Branson, MO. This is the place to stay. Not too pricey, really clean, has indoor and outdoor pool & it has a game room with pool table to play as well as arcades. It is in the strip of Branson with many things to do near by. Breakfast was okay, not the best but it was doable.

Great staff and great location.

We were visiting for my son's 5th Birthday wanted to choose a place with a nice pool close to downtown Branson. This seemed like a good choice even tho it was more expensive than we normally spend. It was not worth the money in my opinion. The room seemed clean at first but then noticed how dirty the floors were. I used tons of baby wipes in hopes to help but it didn't. My husband even took several to the front desk to let them know. He said he would let housekeeping know. Wish we could have got a discount or something. The location was great and the indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was ok but not enough room for everyone to eat so we took it back to our room. We frequently go to Branson and will not be staying here again.
