Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Branson

It was safe and clean and in good repair. It was not an especially nice hotel but it was affordable compared to some others. The AC unit had my nose stuffy at night but we worked through it.

Room was so dusty.. it was not cleaned.. not sure it was used before

Everything is honestly well kept clean and perfect otherwise. The staff and management couldn't be better 10/10. But the owner operator needs to replace the a/c's they are 13 years old at this point and struggling. Also the hot tub heater is probably needs work as well water is around body temp. Breakfast is amazing if you know you know. But every room all three times the a/c just almost useless during the day. Didn't bother complaining because 3 different rooms all the same thing.

Liked it, however the beds were hard.

The property needs updating. Leaky pipe in bathroom, furniture is worn and cracked, elevator is slow and noisy. Staff is frazzled and more concerned about system failures than explaining their actions to guests. Unfortunate experience.

Front Desk folks are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with expected accommodations. Breakfast is what you expect but the Gent that takes care of it is a Character in his own right. It’s a popular place, lots of coming and going but, it’s relatively quiet.

Nice room good location. Was next to elevator it was a bit loud when people was getting out and talking but not to bad. Still I would stay here again

I loved the clean rooms, good breakfast, workout room, and staff were all amazing. The room had a fridge and microwave. Ice cold AC which is important. The hotel is a bit outdated. Not a huge issue though. This is why it was rated a 9/10 instead of 10
