Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and amazing AC

We very much enjoyed our stay there. Everyone was very friendly even Chris and Mari in the breakfast room every morning made our day delightful. We had to set our towels outside the room and the garbage was not picked up over the weekend so we sat it outside, which was all right, but kind of strange to me. We picked up clean washrags, and towels some evenings.

Welcoming staff, clean and well kept hotel. Easy access to the main strip. A good cheese store and a winery across the street for wine tasting and dinner without driving adds to our experience.

I loved my stay here. The room was clean and the location was perfect to get to all the activities I wanted to go to. The pool and hot tub were well maintained but the highlight for me was the breakfast and Chris who was on top of everything. The choices were vast and Chris brought welcoming uplifting vibes to your morning. It was a great place just to hang out and enjoy your coffee. Wonderful stay.

Good

Breakfast very ordinary. Rooms didn't "feel" clean. A/C seemed to vacillate between "ice age frost" and just mild air.... someting wrong. Explained that their policy was to only clean the room and bring new towel sets every third day. Went out of their way to say if we needed anything just ask, but otherwise we'll see ya in a few days. REALLY?

Pleasant

Breakfast was the same each morning. Good but same. Wi-Fi was excellent. Staff except for one very friendly. No I will not point that one out.

We loved the staff,but the bed was very uncomfortable. My wife told me later that she found very small worms on the bedspread.

Staff were helpful.

Super nice staff and clean room.

Location Room smelled like cigarettes. Moved to another room with uncomfortable mattress and poor shower.

Bathroom had dirty corners. Bathtub faucet practically was running not dripping. Otherwise it was clean.

The elevator could use some upgrades as well as the hallway carpets.

It was off the main street but close to what we planned on doing. The rooms were nice. The included breakfast was great, alot of choices. The pool/hot tub was nice. Could have bigger towels for pool area. The elevator could use some upgrades as well as the hallway carpets.

The beds was the best part breakfast was so so room was clean but had old stuff they need to update all rooms.

Good location

The room was Immaculant and the breakfast was WOW!! It's a Big Spread with a chef that will bring light to everybody he sees.
