The front desk clerk is always so friendly and knows who I am when I come to stay. My home away from home

Yogurt offered for breakfast was 2 years past expiration. Accidentally. double booked a room. They didn't cancel the extra, Charged for both.

Everything. I'm so glad someone bought and opened it back up. Room was spotless, easy in and out to all locations and staff was so sweet and wonderful ❤️ Curtains need changed in our room. BUT room was spotless and very comfortable!!!

Convenient, great pricing, easy in & out, and I left an item after checkout. Staff was AMAZING getting it for me. As soon as I walked in that afternoon, they had it waiting for me. Bed was a bit worn. The mattress was dished and needs replaced.

Great price for the location. Great continental breakfast options I've seen, for the low prices. Egg,sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries, cereal, Beds were soft, not rock hard. We were only in our rooms to mainly sleep. They had a water issue. He had water but in order to have cold water in the room you had to run the sink for 10 to 20 minutes. And you had to run the sick if you wanted cool water for the shower. It was that way for our whole building. What should have taken an hour to shower 4 people took almost 2.

It was an all around good motel. Very affordable and great rooms for a great price. Definitely my new motel when I stay in Branson

The location is great. Easy to get in & out of. Bathroom was tiny. I’m a larger person.

Overall very satisfied I still dont know if I got the deposit refunded back to my account after checking out

Great location. Comfortable beds. Walk in shower with sit-on stool was great for older vacationers with mobility issues Only one chair in the room.

Very outdated. Room had a urine smell. I had to go buy lysol to disinfect the room and leave 2xs before it was bearable.

This is our 2nd time. Stay was nice. Location. beds were so comfortable. The only thing was, Front desk lady jeannie was not very welcoming and informative. And I did notice that the breakfast service could use a bit more attention to dress code. One of the breakfast lady katie handling the breakfast buffet was wearing shorts. For a hygiene and service focused environment, this felt a bit casual and unprofessional. Other than that she was very friendly and helpful. The service itself was excellent and the area was clean and breakfast was good. Will be back again.

Great location and friendly staff

This hotel is far from fancy, and picky folks would probably not enjoy it, but the rates are good and they aren't anti smoking fascists.
