Very enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back again.

House cleaning rude and intrusive. Will try to enter room while youre there and continue banging on your door if you decline service.

Only thing I like was the lady at the front desk and the owner so nice all the time front desk may have had a mouth at time but she was okay for the most part. Housekeeping couldn't clean every room they switched us around too many times had hair and other stuff in the tub. Trash from the guest before left. The own wife is greedy and that hotel is never that fancy to act like that it's so many health violations and codes. They have nothing but hot water no cold. The top floor is scary to walk in because it feels so weak. Never understood why weekly stays don't get breakfast. Man and the breakfast hurt my stomach everyday I had to stop going to breakfast.

Woke up to bed bus crawling all over my pillows

Location was ok. Would def pick some where else Staff argumentative instead of helpful. Pool was green couldn't swim, had to spend extra money for water park. Hair in the fridge, I kept everything in the ice chest. Water steaming hot doesn't cool in certain rooms. Floor dirty towel was black after stepping out of the shower. TV in first room wouldn't come on TV in second room no volume. Breakfast biscuits hard, gravy was watery. No milk for the stale cereal. Apple juice out. 1st room checked in at 3am floors dirty water was steaming hot would not cool off after the requested 3 min. wait. I had to load back up and was going to check out and talk to the manager at 1pm when staff told me he would be in so I could at least get a 2-night refund. Staff told me to check out a different room, and the water was cool so I stayed thinking a few hours would be ok while waiting on manager. Went in at 1 and was told I would not get a refund because I didn't check out at 11 and would still owe for the next night even if I left. (SINCE I BOOKED 3 NIGHTS) I felt scammed. I ended up staying just because I didn't want to spend money for 2 rooms. I paid through booking then she charged me again when I got there so I had to wait on a 3/5 business day refund. Had to argue with the lady about getting clean towels and wash rags. Very unprofessional. I tried not to let it ruin my trip with my daughter, but it was very frustrating. Overheard another lady complaining her door wouldn't shut while I was trying to get towels, so she had to switch rooms as well. Just don't waste your time here.

Location was pretty good.

I mean its an affordable motel could use an update but if u did that wouldn't beas affordable its really just outside needs a good cleaning maybe some updated pictures on walls and furniture but beds are amazingly soft

Easy access to anything. No breakfast

Nothing weekly stays can't get breakfast. And they only did weekly stays with people they wanted to. There was no cold water, always hot now I said I was going to call in they wanna fix it, the top floor is not that stable, they take gift card for payments but not government assistance. The remotes do not work, house keeper doesn't clean we been to 8 rooms and they all had hair and stuff in the tub. To many dogs barking all day and night. 408 has ants real bad.

The breakfast is OK and the location is OK I’m sorry Brianca, I need to say this ? we can’t take a shower because the water is hotttt and tissue holder is broken and need a trash can in the bathroom and kitchen.

I didn't like anything, the staff lied and was not friendly. Everything was terrible, the staff was rude and there was homeless people out in front of the inn, they looked like they where on DRUGS (I don't know if they where or not) The manager told me that she was going to cancel my reservation for free and then didn't hold to what they said.

Pool clean breakfast and location Loud due to track beside hotel, the pool closed at 11 and after a long day all I wanted todo was relax in the pool and the room didn’t have cold water

Close to the strip and easy to find. We knew it was an older building but it is well maintained and very affordable We were not unhappy with anything.

The room was clean The roller coaster park people stomping above us all night breakfast didn’t start till 8:30am Not all fees were included with booking failed to mention “security deposit”

Great location The key cards kept getting deactivated if it got near a phone or a debit card. Staff kept getting irritated because my kids deactivated their card two times. The pool didn’t open until 10 am the next morning and check out time was at 11. They will not give quarters for their washer and dryers and their dryers do not work at all. There was no vending, the rooms had garbage under the bed from previous tenants. There were people who kept walking around that did not stay there and they were begging for money. The kids found a cockroach in their room and their shower head was broke.

Parking got full and I had to park in the front 1 night.
