Club Wyndham Branson at The Falls

The facilities looked nice. Laundry in the unit, nice kitchenette. The walls were paper thin, bed uncomfortable, I couldn’t find parking and had to walk a long distance to the room.

i thought the price was great for the location and the room. The bed was a hida bed and was absolutely horrible. hit my knee on the corner of the bed twice , it was uncomfortable, made noises everytime we moved and was in the dead center of the room. I won't stay at Wyndam again because of it.

Nothing about the stay. Booked a king bed with balcony got a queen Murphy bed and a tiny room with no balcony. Between the staff and the booking co I was bait and switched on rooms and im not OK with that. I will be contacting the MO attorney general on Monday if my money isbt either refunded or we get a comp 2 night stay for the bs involved in this stay

Everything about this stay was perfect — seriously, if I could give it 10 stars, I would! The unit was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The property was peaceful, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway spot and exceeded all expectations. Absolutely nothing. Zero complaints. This place nailed it from check-in to check-out. I didn’t want to leave!

Parking and not busy in this location of the hotel. It was nice and quite I didn't like having to drive 5 minutes away to check in, I would have liked to learn about upgrading to a room with a patio, we could hear the people next door because of the adjoining door to the suite. Didn't like being pushed into a 90 timeshare

The check in location was different than where we stayed and wasn't given to us and we had to call around about where to go. The receptionist wasn't friendly

Condo with bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and balcony with a beautiful view. Hotel willing to upgrade us from studio to 1 bedroom. Check in was at a different location ,3rd floor location with only stairs, salesperson requesting we watch travel and leisure video and texting us about it.

Everything that was in the pictures wasn’t in the room didn’t expect that coming so far but I’ll book with them ever again
