I booked this through Expedia. The address they had was not the address that was where the unit was. When I arrived I was informed of this. I was offered the penthouse (the whole 2nd floor) instead of having to drive out of town for the one I booked. I was able to walk through and from the looks it was very large and had an attached game room with 3 TVs, a jukebox, pool table, bar, table and chairs and a bathroom with a TV in it. There were 2 bedrooms in the main part one with a round bed and one with a square bed. The decorations were very nice. It also had a full kitchen. However we were only able to get one TV to work, The jukebox did not work after being told it did from the staff that gave me the walk through. There where an obscene amount of lights switches with a third of them not operating anything. It did have a separate entrance which is the only entrance you can use because the inside entrance did not have an option to use the key card to open. On to breakfast included, it is a continental bar (no free hot food). If you wanted hot food you had to pay extra for it. I was told it would be $5 to have a waffle. They were also selling beer on tap. The in room games along with the game room in the basement are not free also they take quarters. The presentation is amazing but the amount of things not working was not worth the $191 per night a paid for the penthouse.

There where two really nice ladies I don't remember their names, but they helped get us checked in after a very late and long trip and changed our rooms because we had a longer stay. However there was a lady at breakfast and during the day not sure her name ,but she had an accent, she was rude to my husband and kids tried to charge them for the hit breakfast even though kids were supposed to eat free. Our room had cracks around the door it smelled horrible and the mattress was filthy

This place is an absolute dump, needs to be shut down by the health dept, When we checked in front desk was texting someone saying she was making sure room was ready, this was 6-7 pm, Didn’ t realize until 10 o’clock when we got ready to go to sleep that facial hair trimmings were all in the sink, a bar of soap was opened and a hand towel was used. It was almost like someone had used our room before we arrived. Sent pictures to hotel, nothing but crickets from them. And yes bring an extra blanket, you basically get 2 sheets. I realize that this place is cheap, but cheap doesnt have to mean dirty.

Upon check in we were informed that the pool was closed due to recent rain it had turned green and that they were working on it. Also that the hot breakfast that was advertised would only be continental breakfast of cereal and bagels etc. we made it to our room, the door was already unlocked and the keypad did not have batteries. When staff brought the batteries they were smoking a cigarette and just handed us the batteries to put in ourselves. The floors felt sticky. We should have just asked for a refund and left at this point. We stayed, the next morning our kids discovered dry cat puke and dog poop under the beds. We took pictures and went to the office. The breakfast staff were very nice and did everything to try and make it right. We were offered a different place which was much better, however the air conditioning didn’t keep the whole place cool and both showers leaked. We will NOT be staying here again!

Checked in and when we went to the room it appeared freshly doused with an over powering antiseptic-smell. Door, walkways, edges, everything was shabby, repainted several times and just dirty. Ice Machine not working and open doors revealing maintenance work likely undone. Location is in town, but overlooking a Canabis shop and parking lot. Not Scenic. Busy street. Noisy. Lots of kids in the pool and parking lot running around. Not for couples

We had a blast at this resort.. it is super close to all the activities and Walmart was around the corner as well. Very nice. The property was neat too. When you visit ask of Barbara… she will make your day pleasant.

I purchased 2 rooms for my team we checked in about 8:30 got to the room flood was soaked because the air unit leaked inside trash under the beds and behind furniture in the other room there was trash under the bed also the sink outside the bathroom was full of hair like someone had freshly shaved when reach out to manager Jason he was very food and basically told us we had to deal with what we was giving so I didn’t argue I walked away 20 minutes later we called down for towels but was told they ran out once there housekeeep came she cleaner both room and gave us fresh towel that they claimed they didn’t have the next morning Jason the manager told us he would accommodate me and give me a refund make home 3 days late no refund instead the money was cleared to there account horrible experience for my first time visit I won’t recommend anyone to stay there until the can fix the minor issue and treat people with respect

There is no daily cleaning at this property. Beds aren't made daily and no towels unless you go to front desk to get them.
