It was not a good experience at all.

Didn't have much of a late view because of the trees in the way. The mini fridge was messed up. I rented a boat from the Marina. Had it reserved, and the canopy was all messed up tore up the stuff on the boat, ddidn't work right

The resort looks a whole lot better in the pictures. We booked a standard room and the building looked very run down and old. While the room looked similar to the pictures, it did not look well maintained. The condos looked like they were in much nicer buildings. The door code to our room was also four of the same number, so would be simple for anyone else to figure out and made me feel unsafe. While we did not use any of the amenities because we immediately decided to stay elsewhere after seeing the room, the pool looked way smaller than they depict it in the pictures online. We did not get any sort of refund. We ended up finding another resort for the same price that was much nicer and more professional. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

Very cool place. We were a bit disappointed with the age of our unit. Broken cabinet door, a door that didn’t shut/lock properly, and a balcony door that was very loud and hard to shut. Had a bee problem around the whole building. Other units were much more updated. Will stay here again, but in a different unit.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff was friendly and maintenance was excellent. Our room was spotless so cleaning crew dose a great job. When Expedia says in includes price includes taxes and fees don't believe it. Rock Lane charged me and extra $174.45 for taxes and fees. Expedia said I could pay upon arrival. Not true. They charged my credit card seven days before my arrival. Rock Lane advertises a swim up bar. The bar was closed the four days I was there in August. Is all this false advertising? I did ask the desk about the early charge on my credit card and they stated It was Expedia that took the money out. I never could find a phone number for Expedia to talk to a live person. Before I checked in, Rock Lane charged me a $70 cleaning fee, a $24 limited damage fee, a $29.63 reservation fee plus taxes. Other things I didn't like was wi-fi didn't work and outlet was sparking so maintenance came in a couple of hours and fixed it. Cabinet doors didn't have any handles or groove so you had to stick your finger underneth the door and pry them open. Really funny. Uncovered Jetski ramp was $50 a night when most places are around $20. But everything there is a little high. Other than that, it is a really nice place to stay. Would I ever stay there again, probably not. I have used Expedia several times in the past, but would I use them again, probably not.

The infinity pool and Tiki Bar. Amazing! The beds are comfortable. The pull-out couch bed is even comfortable. Fabulous location. Walking distance to the pool and to the marina. Great live music both nights that we stayed. We really had a great time. We weren't given any information about a restaurant being in the check-in area. Food in Tiki Bar is okay but not great. That restaurant inside the check-in area though, is fantastic! Order the Snapper just take my word for it. The drains in our sink around the vanity and in the tub didn't work well. The rooms were clean but they really need to be updated. The ice container was cracked and leaked water all over our stuff on the counter. Us older girls going up and down the hill from the room to the main office was a challenge. Had to travel to the main office just to get a soda no vending machines anywhere except there.

The room was dirty. Sheets felt slept in. I have a 1 year old and his legs were black from crawling on the floor. Several things were broken in the room. The drain on the tub was completely busted and it made it difficult to bathe my kids. The extra latch on the door was broken off. The cupboards were broken. I opened one up high and it almost fell on me. The tv was broken, the volume would randomly go up and down and we couldn’t watch anything. The lamp wouldn’t stop flickering. There was a storm while we were here and our power went out. We looked around and every other unit around us had power come back while ours wasn’t working. They got it back on for us and it went out again. My husband had enough and complained. The only reason they aren’t getting one star is because they moved us to a better room. They shouldn’t even be offering that other room to anyone until it’s fixed. The other room they moved us too was updated but still had issues. The a/c didn’t work properly and it wouldn’t go below 74. They had an extra a/c unit it one of the rooms. So it made the one room freezing while the rest stayed at 74. I also don’t feel like this place is really family friendly. The pool is mostly bar area. Not much room for kids to swim. I won’t be staying at this place or recommending it to anyone in the future.

Had to purchase our own coffee pot as the one in room didn’t work. Also had to ask the office for basics like pots and pans and a dish scrubber. Beds only had 2 sheets and a thin blanket. Did enjoy having a screened in porch to enjoy the lake view and the air conditioning worked great. Pictures definitely made it look nicer than it was.

Bathtub leaked the toilet didn’t flush without holding it down. The door didn’t lock properly and or close. Nothing to clean up the room with such as a broom. Black spotting in tub / bedding/ towels. Understand the units are old but the pictures are deceiving. The swim bar was neat but not baby friendly even with the small kiddy pool. For the money I def won’t go back. They have noise time frames and I will tell you , you can hear everything we had a neighbor with a dog barking and crying and kids running up and down stairs till 2 am

The resort was nice. The 200 rooms were dated but it appears they are slowly updating everything. Our room was clean though with no problems. The pool and swim up bar were great, but will be better when the family pool opens. Enjoyed the location away from busy strip and easy access to boat rental and water. Staff interactions were always pleasant.

THE GOOD: The new pool and swim-up bar are a great time. Wish there were more like it in Branson. Margaritas were expensive but really good. The beds and pillows in the room were excellent. Wait staff in the pool area were nice. Great location and the view overlooking the lake was amazing from our room.

This place was awesome. Restaurant was closed while we were there, but that was the only downside. We’ll be back!

We have been coming to Rock Lane for the last few years as we love Table Rock Lake, however everyone that comes to the bar can use the facilities ie: Pool, bar, tables, bathrooms, parking etc. Which doesn't leave to much room for the people that are paying to stay at the resort! It was overly super crowded and not much fun :(
