Still Waters Resort

We had an amazing time at Stillwater resort, there were a few amazing employees Josh was hilarious and so helpful with getting everything we needed for our day on the lake, Jordyn was so sweet and helpful even when someone from the resort was hostile and absolutely nasty because she didn't want to wait her turn. Jordyn was still polite and smiled. Gary (I can't remember how to spell her name) helpful and sweet. Our couches weren't the cleanest in our room but we had the best time and are going back next month.

In summary, we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay there again.

Most everything the taco truck wasnt that great . But apartments where fairly good free shuttle to silver dollar city Staff has no clue about locations of amenities and keys cards continuessly stopped working!

We loved all the pools so much! The game room in the mini golf were a hit as well! The rooms need a little updating, but they were clean!

The room looked a little different than what was listed online. Decor and furnishings were older but the property made up for the room. We loved all of the pools, slides, and the huge hot tub! We rented a boat on the lake and took the kids tubing! We all had a blast and will definitely be back!!!

We used Expedia. The price Expedia quoted us was less than the actual charge we had to pay at check in. They said Expedia had made a mistake. Also the free shuttle to & from Silver Dollar City shuttle down early, before the evening show starts. So we missed the evening shows. Everything else was good.

Absolutely beautiful place. My 2nd stay. Lots to do. Very clean. Staff super friendly. However at check in time there should be more than 2 people. It took too long to get checked in. Expect to walk a lot up and down hill unless you can afford the ridiculously over priced golf carts. We had tacos and nachos and it wasn't terrible and prices made sense. But no salsa???? Karaoke on Saturday night sounded great but the rotation didn't make sense. Same people over and over in a row. I gave up and left. Friday karaoke was just terrible. Sounded awful and tiny speakers that you couldn't even hear unless you were right up front. Over all it was great. Not really complaining just giving some feedback that might help. Oh also an adult pool only would be a fantastic addition.

Good time for the most part, a lot of kids but to be expected. Didn’t like that the bars and drinking areas closed like 8pm and everything was supposed to close at 10pm. But everything was very private! Very nice and clean. Everyone was very nice and considerate. I think keeping the pool open for adults for later times would be a good idea, and maybe keeping the bars open til 10pm or 11. It’s not only a get away for kids but adults too.

The room felt spacious. The view to the lake was great. Appliances need updating and the bathtub looked dirty

Great location, 3 different pool options to choose from. Enjoyed the jet ski rental! Our room had a kitchen, just wished there was few more cooking utensils.

Pool and lake access where good did not trust the elevator after minor issues and if would get trapped in it the heat could make you pass out but is very necessary for thew handy capped. Door could stay open a little longer for loading and unloading!

The beds were comfy, the pools were amazing and the staff was very friendly! A great resort if you have kids you really wouldn't have to go anywhere else. The floors in the room were really dirty when we arrived but everything else was clean.

Didnt get to check in til after 430 pm even though reserved months ahead, Frig didnt work when checked in ut called next morning it was replaced with doors backward. You have to run hot water for 10 to 15 minutes to ge t any. Burners didnt stay flat. Batteries in remote went dead and tv in bedroom was stuckon all night. In room phone is just for decoration so takeone. Bring a can of wd40 to make sliding glass door open and close easier. Ive stayed here several time over the last 6 yrs or so and it has went way downhill. Think theymay spend to much time trying to sell time shares instead of quality of condos.

Everything was on the resort, loved the Cleanliness of the entire Resort...Truly satisfying experience...The coffee shop and Pizza World were my go to's Everything was exceptional

Not enough parking

The property is fantastic for families. My kids absolutely loved and everything you need is on site or very close by. The lake is amazing
