This is a great budget motel for your visit to Branson, and is especially close to Silver Dollar City. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and practical furnishings like a table and chairs for quick meals, a luggage stand, and a mini fridge. The pool looked nice, though we didn't have time to use it. Gina at the front desk was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a place accessible to shops and fast food. It's quiet and very clean. The staff is always available to help.

Room was clean. You can tell the property is older. The breakfast is very slim and the breakfast area is very small with only a few tables so kind of awkward at times. The employees were so kind and very accommodating. It is a great option for staying close to silver dollar city for a cheap cost!

Room was adequate, especially for $57! I've stayed in $185/night hotels that were waaay worse. It was clean and descent. The bed frame SQUEAKS with every tiny movement, the air conditioner was loud, but actually that was a bonus because I couldn't hear my husband snore, but also couldn't hear the tv on full blast! Shower/tub needs some love. I would stay here again as it's so close to Silver Dollar City and it was cheap!

I would stay here again. It isn’t fancy and shiny new, but it was clean, had a spa tub in the room that I wasn’t expecting. Beds were good but pillows were flat. Staff was fine giving us a couple of extra ones. The clerk that was there was filling in and did a super job! Pool was great!

First of all the property is in a very, very good location to enjoy everything at Branson. The problem that I had was with the foreign staff the American staff wanted to do things but the foreign staff I guess they were the owners and they were not trying to do anything for example we stayed in room 331 a nice room off the pool when we first got there. The toilet seat was broken. I called to the front desk. The lady immediately sent someone up to fix it. The air conditioner was not quite working in the room. It started like it wanted to blow cold but it never got cold. I let the staff know at the desk. This was the foreign staff and they said they’ll get somebody up there right away to look at it and never did anything about it so basically that spent my whole weekend in a hot room and he had no concern and I had to beg him for a fan in order to make it comfortable other than that it really is a good piece of property in a good location. They just need to take more pride in the rooms and their guests and not just chase the money and that’s what I felt the American staff wanted to do something.

Likes, the mini fridge kept my water cool. The television had several channels to choose from, DISLIKED, couldn’t hear them over the LOUD A/C. I don’t just mean a ‘loud’ quiet hum, I mean a very loud motor running ALL NIGHT, because it’s so hot out and the room was still minimal cool. NO water pressure, water wasn’t hot, my daughter did say it finally did get hot midway through her shower. Mine how ever was not hot. NO PRESSURE, I could have washed faster in the rain (had there been some) than the pressure from the shower. Then when I get out of the shower I see a dirty foot print on the ‘clean’ bath mat towel I had just unfolded to put down on the floor to stand on. Another dislike, Absolutely NO protein in the breakfast selection. Even the ‘sausage’ gravy had NO Sausage in it. No yogurt. Just zero things to choose from if you’re diabetic. (Yes many hotels have at least yogurt if no Other protein is offered) The reviews I read on like through Expedia (and a couple others) are 95 percent misleading. The reasons I’m commenting on these things specifically is because these are the things I read and looked at and used to chose to book this hotel. This is 100% why I only book one night at a time unless I know the place. So if you can sleep through anything, don’t mind cool showers and like sugar for breakfast, THIS is the hotel for you.

I just had a weird check in process. I drive almost 5 hours, was tired, got in at midnight and the teller said no smoking. I assured him no smoking. Then he handed me the key and gave me a weird look again and said “no smoking” very sternly. It was just off.

Great and affordable place to stay

Toilet paper holder broken and dirty around toilet. Only 3 pillows for large bed, one smaller and flat so both people don’t get two full size pillows. Holes in curtains. Air conditioner noisy. Staff nice, breakfast provided.

It was a holiday week and still didn’t have a lot of noise, Close to or short drive to everything—The Landing for all your shopping needs, Silver Dollar City, Truth Travler ( a for sure must see). Tanger outlet Mall. Also plenty of places to eat. We can’t wait for our next trip back, and knowing where to stay again at the Crestview Inn is on my list for sure.

Room dirty blankets pillows smell like jail clothes had access to room next to me big security problem when told manager got mad spent the next hour trying keys to make sure that me or the other ppl next to me couldn’t get in and never even found the key worse hotel I ever been in breakfast tasted sour or spoiled do yourself a favor and do not stay here

The hotel is an older hotel near Silver Dollar City. It has seen better days. The rooms are tiled and my feet were black after 10 minutes. The beds are not much better than a cot. No facial tissue, only decaf coffee available. The staff (owners) who said they only worked there were rude. The breakfast offered was extremely poor, dried biscuits with a very plain white gravy and no sausage or bacon. Bagels with no cream cheese. Hot water took 10 minutes to arrive in the shower. Housekeeping did not even make our bed let alone change the sheets. Clean towels dropped off and nothing else done. One of our party stepped outside the room to smoke and was told she would be charged $200 if she did not move to the smoking area on the other side of the hotel. There are plenty of better hotels to stay, in Branson. Don't make the mistake that we did. I can say for sure, we will never stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. When I went to check in, there was no one at the front desk. It took several minutes for someone to show up and when he did he look irritated, like I had interrupted him or was an inconvenience. Very cold welcome. The rooms are nice. Clean. Bare minimum amenities. The room was hot, even with the air on full blast. We bought a fan just to stay cool (The staff informed me that they had fans we could have used, but we needed one for our house so we just bought one). The rooms cold water would not work in the shower. I had to have my husband pour a cold bottle of water on me while in the nuclear shower. The pool is only open from 10 am to 9 pm, not exactly enjoyable when in summer where the days are long and hot. It was not the most enjoyable time, but I guess it could have been worse.

Suite was great other than the floors are hard tile and every noise you make can be heard by neighbors. Wouldn’t bring our children if we stayed here again. Gina was nice and helpful. Bring a fan in the hotter months. Pool was nice and clean.
