Crestview Inn

I rented a room for my daughter and when she arrived, she said the person at the front desk was rude and unpleasant. I rented a jacuzzi suite and even verified this a couple months in advanced via message through Expedia to the hotel but that was not the room rented to my daughter. When I called the hotel to inquire about the issues, the woman hung up on me. I immediately made reservations at another property and requested a refund. My daughter said this was more of a motel than a hotel. Not clean and certainly not friendly, inviting or hospitable.

The hotel offered great value for the price. The room included a refrigerator and a microwave which was pretty convenient. The staff were really kind and welcoming. They gave us complementary drinks and fruits for our journey back which was really sweet!

The breakfast was good, The bed was comfortable and clean and so was the room. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest this time. It had new towels and the toilet paper was folded over, but there was a towel hanging on the back of the door. The bottom or the shower looked dirty or worn it was questionable. WE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING AT THE TIME, we didn't need the shower so didn't want to deal with it. I believe they would have moved us or cleaned the bathroom again if we asked but we didn't. THAT IS ON US

We've stayed several times. Room is always clean. Staff helpful and polite. Free breakfast is definitely a plus.

The room was clean and simple. I slept well and enjoyed my quiet time. Staff could have been a bit more friendly, but they got the job done 😁

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The management was very rude the property was listed as pet freindly but when I told them I had a small dog they got very upset and charged me an additional fee for having a dog. My wife thought about sleeping in the car the comforter had stains on it. I do not recommend staying at this property you will regret the experience.

I only stay there when visiting branson its the best hotel hands down. The owner and wife are the best.

Everything went welll. No problems at all

Price. Location. Bed frame dug into my back. Had a crown in the middle from the frame. Breakfast was terrible. Ceral was stale and the so called biscuits and gravy were terrible. Doughy mushy biscuits and a no flavor gravy.

Rooms were updated, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Was good. Just need a little more to choose from. Everything was good for the price.

Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly. Thankful for the mini fridge and microwave in the room. Bedsheets were stained. Road noise in room from busy Hwy 76. I imagine the traffic is a lot heavier during peak season, which we were ahead of. Not familiar with the area, but a sign inside the room to remind you to deadbolt the door for your safety made us feel uneasy, especially being so close to a busy highway that could be a quick getaway for bad behavior. A large window right next to the door frame probably doesn't offer much protection. Needless to say, we didn't sleep very sound concerned for our vehicle and ourselves. Breakfast was weak, so we opted to eat leftovers in our room. Had to purchase paper plates somewhere else as the motel only had styrofoam.

Room smelled like weed. Weird room layout with tub in main room. Limited towels. Overall was cheap on price so didnt expect much. Fit needs. Be prepared if bringing pets will get asked about them

staff was not friendly at all,the breakfast was not good at all , towels were very thin , overall not a plesant stay

Convient and comfortable . Didn't use pool, to close to very busy road without good sound barrier.

Close to many amenities, clean rooms, big refrigerators, large room!!
