Chantel Elan was a wonderful property - especially for celebrating an anniversary! The staff were wonderful, accommodations were top notch, food was delicious. Especially enjoyed our time at the winery! Highly recommend!

Sunday and Monday most things are closed. If they are open they close early.

I believe that the management should spend one night in one of their rooms and fix all of the short comings. It is a shame because the rooms were very large and nice. They could spend 2 nights of what they charge for the room and make it fantastic.
-
After changing rooms, we had an excellent corner suite. I was surprised that a hotel this nice does not provide glassware for the bathrooms or for drinking the wines and other beverages in offered in the room.

If you haven't gone to the Chateau, and is thinking about going, you'll not be disappointed.

Our stay at Château Elan was more than we could have hoped for. The amenities were wonderful. The room was comfortable and well appointed and the food at four of the six restaurants we tried was truly amazing. Our time at the spa was relaxing, and one of the best massages we have had. The serene atmosphere of the spa was so calm and peaceful. All staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire resort and we look forward to another stay at your beautiful chateau in the near future.

Staff was amazing and greeted us every time we walked in. Also we had a corner room that overlooked the pool, that was awesome. I would recommend this to any and all who are celebrating their wedding anniversary or any other occasion.

Everything was good except the air in the room really didn't cool the room down ave I had it at its lowest. Other than that it was very nice

Everything was great

Great location. Friendly staff. This winery resort has a lot to offer.

The Chateau was a lovely place, but the price for the value was not worth it. We were charged for lots of "extras" - lodging fee, resort fee, "hotel" resort fee (not sure why this was different!), self parking, credit card processing fee... Goodness. I have been charged less at 5-Star properties in the Caribbean!

Overall, the resort was beautiful. It was expensive. I am not a fan of alcohol.

We came here for a girls weekend of relaxation. Apparently, people can spend $30 to show up for the day and get all the same amenities as a guest, but without any liability. The first day we arrived the pool area was extremely crowded and had kids running around(we thought the entire property was 18+, but however it is only the spa area). When walking through the hotel guests leave their trash and empty glasses wherever they please and there isn't enough I guess to walk around and pick up behind everyone. The next morning we found out this trashiness is a theme for the whole property. We did the guided hike and saw wines glasses and trash throughout the walk, and when we asked the guide, they said that was completely normal. The beds in the room were comfortable, but when they say the rooms are outdated they mean - the phone looks original to the hotel and doesn't even work, there are NO lamps beside the bed, where fire alarms have been updated, painting has not been done - though they did paint over what looked like a water leak from the ceiling. There is no microwave in the rooms, though they have fridge. Also under the dresser had some old pieces of trash under it. Running out to room: I'll add the on site dining was overpriced for the quality with terrible service. Never made it to spa because everything else was disappointing & the pricing ridiculous.

Great!

The only resolution offered was a spa credit, which we couldn’t even use during our stay. I explained that this experience had been so disappointing that we would not return. Instead of listening, Ifeona became defensive. What concerned me most was that while I was calmly expressing my frustration—not yelling or behaving aggressively—Ifeona called security and told my husband she would only speak to him because she didn’t like the “way I was speaking to her.” At no point did my behavior warrant security. I was simply a paying guest expressing understandable frustration over the resort’s mistake. We booked this staycation specifically to enjoy the convenience of staying at the resort and using the on-site amenities. Being moved to the off-site villas defeated that purpose. Offering a spa credit at the resort only highlighted that our concern wasn’t being heard, as it required us to drive back to the property. The issue was the inconvenience of being relocated, not the lack of a complimentary service. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. Unfortunately, we left feeling dismissed, embarrassed, and far from valued as guests.

OMG!!! I had the time of my life. I have been attending resorts for my birthday for the last few years and Chateau Elan was exceptional. From the time I arrived until my departure the staff and facilities were nothing less than perfect!!! Some of the items I explored were the day pass at the spa, The Marc, Versailles, serenity hike, bike rental, and most definitely had a time at the winery. I hate I missed family feud at Paddys. I also heard the wings there are amazing!!! I must attend again soon to explore all the more of the facilities and restaurants. You definitely need a week here and not a weekend.

The rooms were clean, the staff could have been more friendly. We were overlooked at the bar & grill for about ten mins, you would think they would great all their guess and say I will be right with you, instead of just walking by like we are not even there. The wine tasting was over hyped but the person that helped us was very knowledgeable on the different kind of wine tasted.

Stay was soooo worth it! Really enjoyed celebrating my 35th birthday with my sisters.
