From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. It was my first visit. I’ll definitely be back.

Some construction was being done at the hotel so it limited the access to the pool. It would have been nice if the breakfast was included

But overall, it was a good experience,

Pleasant and relaxing stay! We will definitely come back again!

Chateau Elan was beautiful- the grounds, pool area, and The Inn were just lovely! We enjoyed our coffee and pastry at the on-site cafe- Everything was fresh and delicious. We took advantage of the complimentary bikes to get a closer look at the property. All staff were incredibly helpful. We had an excellent experience!

I love Chateau Elan, we will always recommend however this stay was slightly disappointing due to the following: the room was not cleaned properly, the bathtub was dirty, there was an opened bottle of wine in the room fridge when we checked in and trash under the couch(we booked a King suite). Besides the cleaning mishaps we had a wonderful visit and will return.

Make sure you come early to enjoy your entire stay.

10/10 I definitely recommend and will visit again soon.

Love love love EVERYTHING about my staycation at Chateau Elan!! It’s a beautiful resort with so many amazing amenities! I indulged in the spa, pool, hiking, restaurants on the property, wine tastings and everything was so good! I came on a Monday and Tuesday and it was so serene. My room was clean, spacious, comfy and luxurious. Staff were super professional and helpful! I give my stay a 10/10!

Stay was great. The facilities were nice and clean. Room was nice. Excellent for a staycation.

Very nice. Live music on the weekends.

The place is clean the staff is great. The problem is the fees! They hold $200 a day for incidentals and they charge $28 a day for self parking so if you’re not expecting it or on a strict budget this hotel is not a good stay. I recommend the wine tasting and the spa if you can swing it

I had a billing issue which was efficiently addressed and staff were attentive to my needs. Their care for their guests is exemplary

Everything was perfect!

Overall good but missing the items that make it great. My room was not ready until well past 5pm, over an hour after check-in time. Didn’t even offer me a credit for a coffee or glass of wine. Shower was not clean enough. The coffee shop on my second morning was closed as the barista had not shown up. No one thought to put self-serve coffee in the lobby so I had to drive off property to Starbucks. Rooms was a great size and parts of the property are very pretty. Honestly, the resort fee given it does not give you access to the spa is a little ridiculous.
-
Very thin walls in rooms at The Inn. I felt like I hear everything in the hallways and people coughing in neighboring rooms. So many things to rave about. Would recommend if you’re looking for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle.

This was a 10/10 experience. I booked for my girlfriend’s birthday and we both had an amazing time. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a break and a hard reset.
