Check in was at 4 and there was a long line to check in. I had a wedding at 5 and didn’t realize how late check in was. Luckily I was given a room at 3

Beautiful property. Looks majestic like out of a fairy tale. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday.

Room was clean not much knowledge about the amenities was explained

The Marc restaurant was overpriced and the food and service was subpar.

The spa room was excellent Housekeeping was a little off

room was great ac was a little weak but nice. breakfast in atrium was good but seemed understaffed - much like Marc's. I think there was 1 may 2 waiters at Marc's for the entire restaurant so service was slow. Same at breakfast, but food was delicious. Food service.

Rooms weren’t ready at 5pm. Went to the pool, terrible smell of propane everywhere. Ordered room service and it was ok at best. Hallway had multiple rooms with door propped open with junk stacked to the ceiling with bad smells coming out. Bed was old and hard. Bathtub was dirty. Had to go to ER at 8pm bc of a health issue, came back at 2am and asked for a late checkout, they said someone was in the room so I’d need to be out by 12. Just not a single moment of hospitality or consideration. The property is beautiful and the location is nice.

When checking in room that was given was dirty was not cleaned.

Excellent level of service and amenities

Beautiful property! The interior of the hotel was nice and very clean. The ice machine on our floor was not working and the walls were very thin. We were disappointed that the hotel bar closed at 11:00 pm on Thursday and 10:30 pm on Saturday when we were told by the front desk that they were open until midnight. We enjoyed the food and live music at Irish pub on the property. Overall, good stay.

I did not have cups in my room fo coffee. Too many added fees. Not worth the money.

Good meals and staff. The incidental fee were a little high for what you spend on the property. Warning there is a parking fee not included in your stay.

This property is truly beautiful. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. The winery and vineyard was amazing. Tried all the restaurants on the property all were great. Will definitely visit again.

The front desk was great. Food and beverage was awful. We waited almost 20 minutes to get a drink at the golf course restaurant. The bartenders were rude. The egg rolls came out raw. The Irish pub had multiple health code violations including the manager cutting citrus and hen bussing tables. Sticking her hand in dirty glasses and then continued cutting fruit without washing her hands. The pool bar could not make a simple drink to lack of product. Versailles closed the restaurant at 730 pm because they wee understaffed. You could not even order a drink at the bar. Louis the bourbon bar closed from 7 pm to 10 pm due to lack of staffing. When it reopened, the food and beverage director, Jinda was drunk at the bar. She was not helpful or empathetic to the other situations throughout the day. Really bad look for her to be drinking at the bar with friends when we had to go offsite for dinner. Would not reccomend and we will never return.
