Bed was comfortable
-
Staff was very helpful and professional. Room smelled awful and in desperate need of renovation.

The front desk assoc was great. Friendly and took care of us right away.
-
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The rooms was small but very clean and the bed was comfy.
-
Not clean , bed bugs , pillows were absolutely disgusting. The smell was horrible.
-
The building is old. No amount of cleaning will upgrade the hotel. People were pleasant; stay was ok for a bed for a night. Would not choose to stay for longer than one night. The mattress was uncomfortable.

This Baymont Inn is considerably better than some I've stayed at in the past. It's nice to see this chain get upgraded. It was totally adequate for a one-night stay. Clean room, good bedding, comfortable bed, convenient location. The breakfast food is not anything I would eat, but that wasn't really important to me.

Superb

The stay was great and very close proximity to the venue/event we were in town for. Only negative was when I requested a complimentary 1 hour late checkout (to 12 noon) they wanted to charge $40. In consideration of the rate already paid,

The rooms were very clean, the staff tremendously helpful and parking was GREAT. Can’t forget breakfast which was truly helpful.
-
I liked that it was close to Château Elan where I had my golf tournament The window AC unit was loud and did not cool the room

Location

Outside the hotel looked clean. Lobby was small. Clerk was helpful and checked us early. Room was clean but very outdated. Beds were squeaking. Breakfast was decent. Hotel close to 211 and many stores for food. In front of chateau elan resort.

The stay was adequate, but nothing beyond that

Overall, this was a great place to stay for our visit, especially with the convenient location to the wedding venue and nearby attractions. We would definitely consider staying here again!
