Staff Friendly and Professional Horrible Beds. TOO HIGH. This is a NIGHTMARE FOR SHORT PEOPLE. My 93 year old Mother needed a step stool, and STILL HAD PROBLEMS getting into the bed!

Breakfast is standard but good. Rooms are always clean and neat. Never an issue with room cleanliness. I like the coffee machine in the lobby which serves delicious coffee! Staff is always friendly. We stay here when we travel to Braselton. The water had an awful smell and there were small black particles in the sink from the water. Not for 100% sure but it was not there when we checked in and we did not use any products that would produce that type of matter. Tried to remove it from the sink to see what it was and it was hard to scrub off. The water in the sink and in the shower both smelled almost like sewage and chemicals.

I've always enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this time was no exception. The only significant problem was that the bed was too high for my mobility-limited wife, but the helpful staff made sure we had a well-situated roll-in bed for her. A lower bed would have been good for my wife. Otherwise, though, we were very pleased with our stay, especially with how helpful the staff tried to be. Parking was very convenient! I almost wish that my trip would have allowed me to spend more time at the hotel.

Staff was great and helpful, with smiles Room wasn't cleaned very well. Seems previous guest had animals who peed on floor (smelt like) and underneath beds was dirty.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location is good. You have to drive everywhere, but there's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. I couldn't blow dry my hair for my entire stay. The highway is right behind the hotel. It can be a little noisy at night if your room is facing the highway.

Delivered everything I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Exress. Clean, comfortable, easy, free breakfast. I wasn't able to perform rocket science or brain surgery after the stay... (I neither a rocket scientist or surgeon...)
