desk staff were not very helpful or seemed to care about helping you with questions about the area.

It was ideal location. The water temperature was perfect for me! Scorch your skin right off. My toilet seat was held together with dreams and good ole duct tape. The smoke alarm was even covering itself from the smell of a simmering street in India in summer. No elevators.

The price. We found roaches. Reported it. This place needs to do a deep clean of their units. In both rooms that we rented there was a couple of live roaches and some carcass. Walls had who knows what stains on them. Even light fixture was filthy. Mold on bathroom ceilings. Location was off Interstate but kind of in sketchy area. Staff was nice and yes room did look nice till roaches.

Arrived late evening, slept until checkout time but everything was acceptable.

It was a place to sleep after driving so long It was out of date broken a/c needs a major remodeling. Its more of a truck stop hotel.

Worst place ever they tell u don’t book on booking cause they don’t see the reservation we waited over 3 hours till we fell asleep in the car. Got there at 6pm got in room at 9:47pm it was the worse and there was another man going through the same thing Everything and the staff got in room roaches crawling on the walls. It was to much

Very clean Nothing

Check-in: First, while I do have a large dog (german shepherd), they say everywhere that you can bring any dog or cat for $10 extra a night. Because of the size of the dog, they wanted to raise the price to $25 extra per night. I push back on this a good bit because that is nearly a night's worth extra. She lowered it to $20 after he and her husband or father argued about it. I was told there was no longer a first floor room (which I reserved) and had to take a 2nd floor room. No elevator or help at all there so was a struggle. As I walk up the stairs it smells strong of the family's body odor and cigarettes (even though its a smoke free property...) Stay: Over 3 days of keeping count, I killed 12 roaches in my room. They are obviously breeding in the walls. Old smelly furniture, and only one of the 3 lamps had a lightbulb. The lightbulb over the vanity/sink was out. The room was dumb hot at checkin. It took forever to cool because half of the A/C fans were broken. Towels were low quality, wouldn't dry for 2 days. No iron or ironing board. Asked if they had a iron and I was told, "I will check later, im busy". The bathroom was just as bad. The toilet was stained and seat worn and paint chipping. The middle of the tub was stained badly. I killed most roaches in here... The ONLY redeeming factor of this stay is that the bed was reasonably comfortable and clean.

There was nothing to like about this hotel The room was dirty. Hairs were present on the sheets, pillowcases and in the bathtub. The air condition unit wouldn't bring the temperature below 71 degrees, the desk chair was missing an armrest , the chair back was broken, bedside lamps didn't have lightbulbs installed

Walmart being close was nice, the air blew but wasn’t cold enough for my liking and the outlets when you plugged things in they would fall out of the wall. Our bedding had holes in them but the staff was extremely nice and helpful

No soap, dirty tub, smelly room and construction hammering from 3am till morning.

Filthy. Cockroaches when we walked in. Pass on this horrible place!
