That Booking.com charged me twice and ive sent documentation and no one will help/reimburse me!

Very clean. Just off interstate It was in a dumping area with multiple trucks entering driveway/roadway. The road had multiple giant potholes and after dark it would have been dangerous.

They were very very rude, they have roches

There was some sort of issue with the payment, and the person at the front desk could not speak english well enough to explain what was happening. The issue was eventually solved as far as I can tell, but only after they seemed to try to double charge me. The second charge did get refunded after I pointed it out to them, but I still don't know if it was intentional or what the payment issue was.

Pleasant

Heated the room it took five hours to heat up.I checked out early, didn't even stay a full night. The pool was slime green

The staff at the desk are rude.

It’s quiet. The staff at the desk are rude.

Bad

Will not stay here again unfriendly staff stayed there for 2 days did not come clean the room no fresh towels no continental breakfast just a pot of coffee that was watered down

Clean room

It was conveniently located The lady at the front desk was not very friendly or inviting. She couldn’t locate my reservation at first and became very argumentative with me and refusing to correspond my phone to her computer. It took the man to come out and help her. Also the pool was not open and it’s summer time and hot. Pools should be open especially if stated as an amenity. Bathtub was full of rust so I had to bathe a baby in the sink.,

desk staff were not very helpful or seemed to care about helping you with questions about the area.

It was ideal location. The water temperature was perfect for me! Scorch your skin right off. My toilet seat was held together with dreams and good ole duct tape. The smoke alarm was even covering itself from the smell of a simmering street in India in summer. No elevators.

We found roaches. Reported it. This place needs to do a deep clean of their units. In both rooms that we rented there was a couple of live roaches and some carcass. Walls had who knows what stains on them. Even light fixture was filthy. Mold on bathroom ceilings. Location was off Interstate but kind of in sketchy area. Staff was nice and yes room did look nice till roaches.
