Everyone was very nice and helpful .

Carpets were nasty, shower curtain falling off, walls had mold, toilet cover was stained with cigarette marks, room smelled horrible, door stopper wall had a hole, pool water was green

We love it there because of the Lady Mgr. But the take over has removed everythingi including the cleanexs to clean your noise.

The air conditioner was fine

First of all I booked here for the pool. Got here, pool closed. Second the room was not that clean. The smell in the room was so bad, went to Walmart and bought lysol and room air freshener. I'm very disappointed.

The room was spacious and clean with a full size refrigerator. The pool looked good in photos but was so dirty the bottom wasn’t visible.

No ice machine was working, the hallways smell like smoke

Property was not clean but I had no choice but stay.

The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). I understand that this place is important to house people who may otherwise be unhoused, but it still needs to be maintained. No one should have to live or stay in this filth.

The carpet was wet and it smelled like urine the whole room smell the pool was closed it was completely black Roadcrew was out at night partying and drinking

Staff was friendly Location was good Sheets were dirty on one of the beds in our room! floors in bathroom dirty, carpets in bedroom and throughout the hotel were filthy! Elevator was broken. Pool was not usable- green, dirty water. Screens in our window were ripped so unable to open windows without bugs flying in. Our end of the hallway very smelly.

First room bedsheets stained so moved to another one. Second room better although still some marks on sheets. Towels very clean. Plaster fallen onto windowsill. TV not working...young man on desk offered another room but it was late so we declined. Very effective air conditioning. Hot water barely hot Convenient location near interstate, choice of restaurants and easy parking. Low cost. Drove to Lake Martin...loved it.

The bedding was dirty. The chair and the window were stained. The hotel needs a major renovation. A lot of things were out of order. And you could have gotten high off the weed smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay there again.

The first room reeked like smoke so I went back down and lady gave me a new room and it was good. Good service.

The room was filthy and in disrepair. The shower didn't work and it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. We were late check ins with our dogs and toddler because we were traveling and this was as far as we could make it and there was nothing available anywhere else. The blankets were all dirty one had cigarette burns in it. The other bed had hair and dirt all in the sheets like they didn't even change them and when we asked to change rooms the guy just handed me sheets to change them myself. When I changed them I found what I can only imagine is bodily fluids on the mattress protector. The other bed was fine and the carpet was stained and had substances in it. I also researched this and was told pets stay for free but they don't. Only under 20 lbs so we were also wrongfully charged a pet fee. Run and do not stay here.

There was pee on the toilet seat when we got to the room. Somebody left a vape in the middle of the floor so the room was probably never cleaned. The tables were sticky. Blankets and chair appeared to have burn holes in them. Hallways smelled terrible

The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette.

The hotel was good. Clean, nice staff. My issues is with expedia. They charged me more then what the hotel did
