I know the norm is to only clean rooms upon request. I feel if I’m paying for a room, it should be cleaned every day

The staff were great.

The free shuttle was clutch. Will stay here again.

Emma at the front desk went above and beyond. She was able to get me in a little early so I could park my car and I didn't have to pay any parking fees in town. The room was great and we lived the pool and hot tubs. We will be back! All good.

The room was HOT!!! Air Conditioning was not available. I opened the windows but that did not significantly lower the temp in the room. Two very hot and sweaty nights.

Loved the staff, complimentary shuttle, location, heated pool and hot tubs, and arcade. Amazing place to stay with our family - everyone from the young kids to teens and adults had a great time and found a lot of things to do. Some areas of the resort can feel very warm at certain times of the day. There is a lot of variation in quality of each room within a room type. Ours was much more dated than our family members that also got the same type of room just a few doors down. We also didn't have patio furniture! Coffee shop needs to open sooner than 7am especially with all the young families staying there with kids up early! Prices for certain things were outrageous - $14 for box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

The property was outdated, the staff were not helpful, rude. The restaurant onsite ( Spencers) messed up our order for what was supposed to be a birthday dinner. The manager was rude! Will never stay there again!

The pool and hot tub were great. The location was great. The one unit was nicely decorated although 3 other units were a bit older. The check in process was not pleasant with long wait and staff reminded me at least 4 times that I booked through Expedia and they didn't seem pleased. Also advised there was fine with using the grill despite fact that elevators had signs indicating it could be used in the drought condition. It is very large resort and the signs for garage parking and signs for elevators need to be improved as it was a bit confusing and many visitors seemed to get lost and elevators were bit slow. The check in and check out process could have used additional staff that were a bit friendlier. Otherwise the place was great.

This place has pretty much everything u need to stay indoors. Great views anywhere u look. I went in summer so the weather was great.

The room was neglected, paint peeling and puffed up around window, water damaged ceiling tiles.

We absolutely loved this place. The kids had an incredible time at the pools, the hot tub, the arcade, the grounds, and the ice cream! We felt relaxed, safe, and comfortable while there. So grateful to have a spot to bring young children and have fun as a family.

Our room was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. Because there’s no air conditioning, it did get quite warm even with a fan and the window left open over night. I felt the beds mattress not very comfortable. And trying to find the hot tub and pool a dilemma. There were no signs and if someone hadn’t told us where to go, we may still wandering about. The take out food at the restaurant was ok. We felt the chicken was a bit over cooked however. All in all the complex is lovely and our Mountain View’s were wonderful.
