The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The room placement is very weird. Having to walk down multiple hallways and take 2 different elevators to get to your room is kind of a pain

Loved the location to town being walkable. Also appreciated the coffee shop, lobby bar and restaurant on site. Absolutely would stay there again.

We didn't want valet parking and there was no other choice. Valet parking was Very expensive. Some of the valet guys were rude. We used the shuttle app and when we requested a ride, the driver kept saying he was there and was not! Very frustrating. We were on the 8th floor and you had to take 2 elevators. No microwave s in the room. Only ice machine was on the 5 th floor. 1st day, fire 🔥 alarm went off at 7 am, some idiot was smoking in the room.

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming to dog guests as well as their humans. Room and property very nice and spotless. Loved the free shuttle to town where pups can ride too. The only suggestion would be to create a convenient designated area where pups can take care of business.

This was a conference setting. Just terrific in every way. Staff went over well over my expectations to make sure I had a great experience. It was late summer, so not crowded. I recommend walking down to a cafe in town for breakfast if you have the opportunity. Just a short 15 minute walk to downtown. I walked out of the hotel and within a few minutes was on my way up the mountain for a 5 mile hike to the top of the ski area. Incredible. Staff were very helpful giving me tips for getting around town. And they have a deal with a local e-bike rental outfit. I did not have time to take advantage of that, but with the free bus service in town and to Frisco, you don't have to feel limited to the property at all.

Property was good but room services and housekeeping was not good. Soap, shampoo etc were not refilled every day. We had to ask for coffee, sugar, towels etc everyday

Only thing we didn't like was having to take 2 elevators to get to the upper 3 floors. But that's just nitpicking.

This property was amazing! Everything was top notch and very clean. Everything was perfect!

Staff are excellent and the rooms are a nice size and very clean. Location is good and fairly close to town. Many rooms face the large HVAC system which is very noisy and provides a very limited view. $55 a night for valet parking is ridiculous. No real green space on or near the property for dog breaks and walking. 1 elevator located a long distance from reception to service much of the hotel.
