The location was great. I was so unsatisfied with my stay. Honestly I don’t think I will ever go back and I’m requesting to be compensated for my stay. The halls smell of this awful STRONG pine. Our bedroom seemed good… until it wasn’t. During the night- my entire family was waking up due to how uncomfortable we were. I’m an asthmatic and so is my 3 year old daughter. Our asthmatic got so bad and we had to continue to take pot inhalers all night. My sister in law’s face (she wore long sleeve and pants for pajamas) her face broke out in these hives ! Her eyes were even swollen. The hives were on the surface areas that would’ve touched the bedsheets. Both of my nieces were very itchy. Once leaving the hotel- within 30 minutes my daughter and I could FINALLY breathe again. My sister in laws face started to go down and the hives started to disappear but unfortunately my nieces were still so itchy, (I had given my kids a bath before leaving because they were so itchy) but they couldn’t handle the way their skin felt anymore. We ended up leaving breck early. We had an entire day planned and lunch reservations and we just left. We were so miserable. We just wanted to go home and shower. We are so upset with our stay and I really want sometime to reach out about this.

Enjoyable stay in a great location. Room was clean and comfortable and dining in the hotel was very good. Staff was excellent. Only negatives were the pricy add ons. Room advertised at about $160 a night then with parking which I knew about and ‘resort fees’ which I didn’t plus a myriad of local taxes, it got up to $260 which was pricey for what it is. For that I’d expect a comfier bed and a much better shower with water pressure!

Prime central location, very easy walking distance to everything downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the second floor was excellent, we ended up going back for breakfast after a dinner there, top notch.

Valet service only, and it was expensive

Great hotel with very nice staffing. Location of hotel was awesome, was able to walk everywhere especially Main Street.

Great customer service

Overall it was decent. The coffee shop in the hotel was closed today because no one showed up to work. Hotel employee said it happens every so often. Shame, it’s good and is frequented by a lot of non-guests too. Be prepared for some dogs barking, only kept us up one night of our stay. The location is great, easy walking to lots of stuff. Staff were helpful, they were quick to get our car when we wanted it.
