You do have to pay for parking which ends up being pretty expensive but honestly that’s at every single hotel in Breckenridge so what can you do. They do give you a $20 credit a day for snacks or drinks because of it though so that’s nice.

Upon check-in, the employee at the desk, who was new, could not log on the computer to check us in. No one there to help him, he tried calling manager unsuccessfully. My husband tried helping, the employee didn't seem to know how to handle the situation. After more than an hour had gone by and several other groups were also wanting to check in a GM finally arrived. He checked us in but offered no apology. The poor employee was not at fault, not sure why he wasn't properly trained and then on his own as a new employee.

So much deferred maintenance. Not that old of a hotel but definitely tired. Shower was a dribble, bedding was thin, and doors were coming off their hinges. No ice or hydration stations. Breakfast offering lived up to its free price point. Hot tub was broken and weeds growing up around the pool, great view, terrible space. Additional $40 per night for surface lot parking. Front desk staff couldn’t have been slower. Look elsewhere this place doesn’t live up to the Marriott moniker even at a lower tier - hard pass.

Super cold room perfect sleeping
-
U had 2 unauthorized charges. 40 for parking and 40 resort fee. The amenities weren’t even working. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I will never stay here again
-
We were not expecting to be charged $40 per night for parking, especially as this is not in a city. I’m sure this information was buried in the hotel information, but it was in nothing I read about the property. It was disappointing to feel like they had to make that much more of a profit from us.

Great location with easy access to Main Street. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and clean.
-
We enjoyed the size of our room, but our room was not touched the whole time we were there. Trash was never emptied nor beds made up daily. We were rarely in room except for night, so there was ample time for service.
-
you get turn down service every other day. got double charged once for the hotel once for Expedia, Seemed like a lot of hidden fees. super expensive parking. Breakfast was okay the fruit and waffles were the best part.

Expedia needs to update this inn listing to specify that it is a pet friendly inn, so those of us avoiding dogs can look elsewhere. Other items: - Sink disposal was broken and smelled horribly. - Bathroom shower was enclosed by immovable glass door covering only one-half of the opening. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor. - NO CHAIRS, except for the sofabed couch. Also, no desks. - $40 "destination fee" per day charge. Ridiculous for the nightly price you pay at this joint. Included "towel service"?!? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Location Staff at check in not all that welcoming. Breakfast was terrible. Couldn’t use tea and coffee making in the room and no kettle.

room was not clean and old bathroom

The place is very nice and in a good location. For the price, the room should be cleaned every day, not every other day. Even on one of the cleaning days, we got no new tissue, so we had to go get that ourselves when we ran out. The breakfast is not good at all. On my first and only day trying it, I started with a bite of what turned out to be ice-cold powdered eggs. The coffee is good though. Guests are supposed to get $20 credit each night for items purchased from the market or drinks at the bar. One of our nights' credit was omitted, so I'm still waiting for that to be resolved. If you like dogs, lots of guests bring very nice friendly ones.

Great stay in Breckenridge
-
Trash on the outside patio had not been cleaned up for days Landscape around the pool was poorly maintained
-
Excellent hotel couldnt fault anything. Nothing
-
The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because of the breakfast. There wasn’t any butter for the toast, nor was there any milk for the cereal. Otherwise, the bar was great and we had great service from Mitch.

Poor handicapped parking. People parked in handicapped spaces who did not have placards or plates for handicapped. Facility should monitor and contact people and have them move their vehicles or have police ticket them. Also, will probably not stay there again because of this and also that they charge $40 per night for self parking.
