location, views, breakfast. Bed could have been a little nicer. Shower door wouldn't shut completely.

Overall experience was fantastic. Everything from my check-in to checkout was smooth, friendly face at the desk. Real homely feel to the facility Nothing really.

The hostel is located near the (free) bus stop and is at a 5 minute walk from the center. It’s a gorgeous building, charming and so cozy. It offers several lounges, a small library, a communal kitchen, fun furniture and is very spacious. The 4 bunk mixed dorm was small, yet adequate with a bathroom en suite. White linen and towels were provided. The purpose of the hostel is to socialize with other quests in the different communal areas and the dorm is just for… sleeping:) Everything was very clean ( thank you Nina). It was very quiet and quests were very respectful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast ( included in the price) was a buffet, with varied choices and was just a wonderful start of the day. I liked everything.

The Bivvi has a very cozy feel. I love the layout. I ate and slept like a baby before my hike. NA

Location and ambience Some of the facilities need some maintenance. Water dispenser was broken, similarly some minor things need some upkeeping

Wonderful place in a beautiful setting. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Nice to have a balcony for temperature control. Breakfast was basic, but good! Not much you can do about it, but two of the guests in the room were extremely loud snorers. I spent most of the night wondering if they might be dying. Never heard anything like it in my life. Wish I had known there were ear plugs sitting right on the counter.

Overall experience to include the staff,accommodations & breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. The room was quite dark,additional brighter lighting would be very helpful. Possibly a small ladder to upper bunk.

The setting is absolutely beautiful. There's a large room where family and friends can come and play games around large tables. The breakfast was not up to par. The lighting was not good. They use very dim bulbs everywhere. At night you need a flashlight with the lights on.
