There was bugs in the bathroom

Room was not that bad. We did have hair on the floor that was not ours. We could of used an iron since our clothes are traveling in suitcases. Blow dryer could of used a little more heat. Other than that it was good. Staff and breakfast were good.

Older but clean and changes obviously made to improve. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Very nice view, lots of wildlife to see so bring binoculars !!. Very helpful and friendly staff. Did not try the breakfeasts. Not much left after previous guests. Normally eggs, bacon, waffles usual breakfeast. Small fridge , microwave in room. Tiny coffee pot. Close buy to grocery stores and restaraunts.

Parking was good, breakfast included. Be advised there is not an elevator ..not so good for seniors or heavy baggage. Trash overflowing outside for a couple days. Has coffeemaker, microwave, fridge ,desk area... beds were comfortable.

First I would like to say that the staff were amazing and the only reason I gave it two stars. They were very friendly and personable and we have no complaints when it comes to them. The breakfast was also nice, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the usual waffle maker. The hotel itself though…we were first put in a room that felt like we were in a basement, dark with only a small third of a window at the very top of one wall. We asked if we could be moved across the hall and they gladly did and that room was better. A sliding door with a very pretty view of the bay and a balcony. The room was filthy though. In the bathroom there was a used washcloth and shampoo bottle on the shelf from I’m assuming the previous person who stayed there. The tub and walls were covered in black hair and blue dots that I’m assuming was the shampoo maybe? I had to scrub the bathtub and then put a towel down to stand on before I was comfortable showering. The beds had something red spilled on them and the floors definitely weren’t vacuumed. We would not stay here again due to the cleaning issues but again, we did enjoy the staff.

Upon arrival front desk was just OK...then I was made to read 5 pages of things I had to do or pay for it...in other words if I did not report broken items in the room it could be my responsibility for it's repair etc. 5 pages as it went on and on. Got my keys, went to the room...won't open door, back to desk, redo keys, won't open door...mind you, I am 80 and they put us in their satellite section because we have a dog...down two flights of stairs to the depth of this building...one window so high you could not see out of it....back to front desk...maintenance man there now...helps with key and goes back down stairs to make sure it works, thank you...during all this not once does anyone say sorry .nothing...almost like it's my problem. This morning notice leg broke off chair and wire frayed at plug in for hair dryer so it does not work...back up stairs to report these conditions so I do not get stuck paying for them..I was told I checked that room just before you came and all was fine...in other words I was not telling the truth about hair dryer..unreal! Manager has a terrible attitude with zero customer service skills. I have stayed before at this location and have always enjoyed my stay but new management has changed all that. Room was clean, although carpet was frayed. This place needs good management to be a success again...oh by the way, be aware they ding your credit card for $250.00 if you have a dog...probably needed but be aware. I won't be back

Clean room, only wish the walls were a little thicker. We had a beautiful view but could hear our neighbors tv play :(

This experience has made us reconsider this. Depends on other things. This was not a great experience.. they way I was treated and spoken to for having our service animal with us and it was put in the notes on the booking app. I was even told by Phil I should call not to book online. So... this was bad.

Breakfast was good, but they ran out early. The view over the bay was world class

We enjoyed our clean room, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the there was plenty of parking. We absolutely enjoyed our stay

Employees were very nice, helpful. Room was clean but 85 degrees when we arrived. Doors and walls are thin. We could hear everything going on and the first night our neighbors were up late going outside frequently and slammed their bathroom and entry door a lot. I could hear everything they were saying in their room as well. Breakfast was goid. Trash was not picked up outside the secondary building so it was all over by the front door.
