They changed my reservation without my knowledge

Booked the king pet deluxe room, and then called for early check in, 25.00 to do so, and then find out they didn’t have my room available so was booked into a smaller bed/room.

Was told my room was handicapped accessible, that goodness I can kinda get around without my walker. To close the bathroom door the walker was left outside the room then you had to step out of the way of the door to close it. And regular tub so for 3 days no shower for me. I did wash the important parts and my hair in the sink.

Would have been nice if there was some kind of privacy fence installed on the balconies. You end up talking to people 3 balconies down kind of strange. O well.

The reason for a low star is because during my stay the bathroom plumbing in the bathtub got backed up and I was unable to shower for one day .. when they gave us a room we was down graded I paid for 3 beds and was down graded to a way smaller 2 bed space which was very uncomfortable.. not sure if there’s a price difference but I didn’t get a price adjustment.. I was offered. A discount for a future stay but I will not be coming back to that part of Washington and further more I would not be staying in that hotel the discount has restrictions on wat room I could stay in .. so it dose nothing for me .. I paid for something I didn’t get didn’t get an upgrade instead I got down graded poorly managed wrong this situation

It was in the area we needed a room for the night and it was available. The beds were pretty saggy. We booked a king room and that was not available when we arrived, so they gave us a double queen.

Staff was awesome. Room needs attention, no shower curtain, damage throughout the room. Pretty sure With some TLC this room would be a 10/10.

breakfast is a joke . very very basic . main door was not closing properly and was not sound proof. you could hear everyone at 5 in the morning

Location was good . We didn't it breakfast. I didn't like the bathroom because it wasn't clean. I also struggle with the door handle everytime i tried to open it.

We canceled our son's and daughter in-law stay because they wanted to put them and their fur baby in a pet room in the basement that was filthy and stunk like a mix of chemicals and urine. Then they attempted to double change me. They told us Booking.com could cancel, they couldn't. Booking.com emailed them within the hour and they never emailed back. $210 dollars still charged. Fur Baby dogs doesn't equal filthy rooms. Who knows what was in those carpets.

Great location clean rooms and access to the water.

Reminded me of a beachside getaway. We had a beautiful view of Oyster Bay. The rooms were nicely remodeled and the breakfast in the morning was great. Will definitely come back.
