Also great view of bay from dining room. Elevator, lots of parking, near restaurants and grocery store. Large refrigerator with an actual freezer!! I left an item behind which they located and shipped back to me quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Clean room and slept well , our room was right on the water, this is an inlet not the full ocean. Peaceful when the sun went down , left door open most of the night as it had a nice breeze coming in

Beautiful with a subtle touch of class. Enjoyed both of my stays for work and even had an unexpected upgrade.

The room was great, nice water view. Leak in the ceiling light fixture from the room above, but they fixed it the same day while I was gone . Very pleased

Ok breakfast even for European guest - scrambled eggs, bacon, saussages, cream cheese. Nice location next to water. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Nothing

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The room, the view, the breakfast and the location. We were in the area for a wedding. We came from California. The location was perfect. We were also given a great spot to eat lunch Brother Don's. We had events in Gig Harbor and Port Orchard. Also close to a Target so we could get a steam iron. There wasn't an iron in the room.

The breakfast Booking.com needs to do some updates on ratings and pictures. I listed for a dog however on check in I wasn't able to get the room or floor I booked. Then got to the room, the AC didn't work, then tried to call the desk hummm phone didn't work (and the phone was gross). Walked back to the front desk, Freddy who was working at the front desk was no help. He tries to argue about the thermostat on the wall to adjust in all the rooms to use for AC so my husband sent pictures that our room has a window AC in the wall and remote control which does not work. He starts to text "manager" and there is nothing they can do, no room changes or fans available. Room does need a little TLC, with cleaning and carpet needs replaced (torn by someone else's dog). Customers that travel with pets definitely need to be responsible and not make it harder for people who have good pets. Also the last thing is the shower is very touchy and rotates completely so don't mess with it when you get the right spot.

Place was terrible room smell like dog urine. Most of the times look like have been used for a long time and never replaced.

The view is outstanding! We like the breakfast bar and the beds are comfortable. Parking is very good, as are the prices. We were not informed there was no elevator. And the worst bit, there was poo in the toilet and hair on the seat! Ack!

Our room was on the water side of the building with a beautiful view from our balcony in the evening and the following morning. I am very serious when I say this was by far the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had. The selection was phenomenal especially if you value a high protein breakfast. The cook did an exceptional job with everything offered, most especially the bacon. They were also very generous with the towels and pillows in the room. I am very pleased with the overall experience here and would return without hesitation. The pillows were too high and firm for me. Probably okay for most side sleepers, but not for a back sleeper. The bathroom floor, wall and top blanket could have been cleaned a little better. The toilets were difficult to flush and the water was a little hard to adjust in the shower. I would be cautious and lean a little toward the cooler side as not to be burned by a sudden increase in temperature, especially if you are traveling with young children. Otherwise, we had no other issues.

The staff was really great, especially on such short notice being that we booked last minute. The room and amenities- well they leave a lot to be desired. If you have a good eye for detail, you will notice everything that is not clean or not well maintained or hurriedly put together in the rooms. Fresh paint always makes it look great, but once you seeeeee it, you can’t unsee things. The smallest non issue I had was there was not a shower curtain, went and got one and then there weren’t any shower rings for the rod. I improvised.

Quite and close to where we were headed

Location, beds comfortable. Apt/3 bedroom unit with full kitchen was not stocked with enough dishes, glasses and silverware was garbage. Breakfast was terrible. Had to eat out.
-
Location on the water. Seemed alittle expensive for the age of the facility. Water in my toilet ran constantly.
