Prefect stay for a quick trip
-
Room had a very musty smell. Staff was helpful, when they were at the desk. Gone a lot. Breakfast - was a no. It looked like day old leftovers. Did not even try it.

When I entered my room (rm. 313), I flipped the switch and the entry light did not come on, so I had to walk across the room to turn on a working light. Then a strong musty odor hit my nose that did not go away the entire night. It smelled like there had been water damage to the room. The air conditioner was set on 70 degrees and never cooled the room below 78 and it made a loud noise most of the night. There were rusted handle fixtures and other hardware in the bath tub. Plus, there was a big chip out of the finish of the tub. I went to get ice on my floor and the machine was not on or even plugged in but there was a lot of rust around the four legs of the ice machine (bad impression). Plus, there were no vending machines to get a soda. I went down to the lobby and was able to get ice, and when I asked I was told there were no vending machines and was told by the front desk staff that there were no operational vending machines (actually I saw NO machines to get a drink). Next morning the breakfast provided was mediocre at best. I settled on a banana and tried toasting a bagel that never did get golden, it merely warmed up the bagel. The coffee was pretty good which at that point was a surprise. All-in-all this was the worst hotel stay I have had in many years. I hope y’all will get your act together in the near future! Oh, and just a side note, there was no mention of a swimming pool in the property description, but when I arrived I saw there was indeed a pool.

Adrian was great welcoming us and treated us with respect.

The hotel was not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The vending machines were out of order. For the cost I will probably not stay there again.

Now, for the things that were not a check mark in my book: -Luggage cart was falling apart, very rickety and hard to push. I did see two nicer, bigger ones being used by others. -Saturday morning, made a waffle, then found they were out of regular syrup. Only had sugar free. That has to be on the list of things you cannot run out of, when the only hot thing you serve for breakfast is waffles! - All the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal packs were Expired - There were open pitchers of milk and orange juice in a mini fridge, no lids, which seems gross to me. I would prefer a single serve carton that other people haven’t touched or potentially sneezed in. - Faucet lever in shower was loose so it kept falling to the setting of scalding hot. (Room 218) - Front Parking lot was tiny and was full in evenings. - Indoor pool was constantly full our entire 3 day stay, which is not the hotel’s fault, but inside the pool room was insanely steamy, and it smelled like stinky people, so we never swam. - A/C was blowing cold air, yet it never felt cool in the room. Which is one of my favorite things about a hotel room—The cool, crisp feeling of the A/C. We turned it down to 65 and never felt completely cool. - When it was time to load up there were no luggage carts available, I kept going down to check, Finally someone had returned one- yep, you guessed it: old faithful, that’s falling apart.

Air conditioning was off when we arrived. Room was over 100 degrees. It took until 8:00pm to cool it off. Their brochure states he hot breakfast!! The only thing hot was the waffles and coffee. Where was the bacon and eggs??

We were exhausted from a long day of traveling and quickly settled in for a quick shower - the toilet seat was cracked - couldn't sit without pinching your butt. Killed a cockroach in the bathroom too Then when turning down the sheets we discovered the tip sheets in both beds to be stained. We called down and the girl at the front desk seemed genuinely concerned and offered to move us but no other like rooms or upgrades were available. There was no cleaning staff so she brought us a laundry basket of new sheets for us to change the beds by ourselves.

I arrived and the room we were assigned was not up to par did not smell clean furniture was in very poor condition toilet was leaking. This hotel needs a whole renovation you are charging premium prices and your hotel does not meet the standards! Pictures are deceiving, They were able to accommodate us to another room that was in better shape. I did give hotel staff 5 stars for taking care of us. Hotel is not worth the money we paid unfortunately.

Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Very clean
-
This hotel was extremely dated. Room was musty and damp. Tub/shower didn’t drain. Definitely would not stay there if we had known what it was like.
-
The breakfast was good with options, room was clean and ac worked. Missing pictures on the walls with just large holes where they should have been. Amenities in shower not refilled. On a two night stay did not get new towels or bed made.
