A/C was good, bed was very comfortable. I would stay again.

Superb

Beds were clean however lamp on nightstand between beds was very dirty and had a hair on it. This is a very old and kind of run down property. It is In need of at least a coat of paint on trim and room doors for refresh. Breakfast was good but tables and chairs were dated and not neatly set up. Coffee was empty by 8:00AM with no one in sight to refill. Cheaper than others but still should meet minimum standards.

Due to the mold, we had to check out a day early because all of us got sick with an upper respiratory infection!

I booked this room for my wife and mother in law for a weekend getaway. When they got to the room, I was immediately sent pictures of how dirty the room was. Sheets were pulled back, hair on the bed, dirt stains on the curtains. I would not recommend this place to anyone booking in the future.

Terrible Everything

Clean Bed was horrible

Staff was nice and friendly The entire building smelled musty or like wet dogs Bathroom soap was empty and didn’t get filled my entire stay. Bathroom had someone’s hair in sink and shower

The location is good. It’s easy to get to other destinations in and around Brenham. The place is definitely run down but appears clean. The price is good for what you get. The breakfast was the typical powdered egg type meal. Mostly carbs, so a tough selection for a diabetic. Way understaffed up front. Same person running the breakfast area and front desk and answering maid questions. Had to wait to check out.

The location was great. Short distance to everything we needed while we were there. The smell throughout the hotel was musty. The floors when mopped were streaked like they were mopped with dirty water. Maybe should have used bleach. All the carpet needs to be removed throughout. Our rooms carpet was damp, wore shoes the whole time to walk around. The hallway down Floor 2 was hard to get past the smell until we got to our room all the way at the end. The hotel has a musty smell. The air is damp the whole time. Everything in our room felt damp and wet. Very humid. We stayed in room 224. The washing machine was out of service. Had old soap caked up in the bottom of washer, was not useable. There was no dryer, if we were able to wash. Some of the light switch and sockets looked iffy to plug in items. Actually went and bought air freshner spray for our room. We tried spraying down the hallway too but it didn't help.

Location Looks great from the outside but needs major upgrades in the inside. The room had lots of unfinished work and it has an old humid smell.

Breakfast was superb and staff was friendly and accommodating.

The stay itself was fine. The point where it turned bad was we discovered a pair of missing earphones and when we ask about it, the staff refused to question the cleaning people due to not wanting to have to fire them if they had stolen the earphones. They did not question the staff. Just plain refused. If you can’t trust the people to work in your hotel, they should not be allowed in customers rooms. I have contacted corporate.

The sweet lady that checked us in, Mary, was very friendly. She asked questions about our stay and gave us information about things to do in the area. The room was nice, beds comfortable, and nice cool air. It was a great visit. There was a little mold around the tub and the room smelt musky. I asked for some air freshener and was happily supplied. Other than that it was a great visit.

Pretty dated and had a musty smell.

My room needed serious deep cleaning. The walls throughout were soiled, the lamps were soiled, and the bathroom floors had long hairs everywhere. Although the staff was pleasant, I wouldn’t stay here again. I needed a room last minute and this had to suffice but I would not recommend.

everything was great except for the pool.it seemed like they couldnt get it to be nice and clear.
