The staff is terrific!

The breakfast was great. The staff, particularly the manager and our waiter Julvern were welcoming and let us relax and enjoy even though we were at the end of their shift. The manager also handled a delicate situation with a table next to us where the woman did not announce to the staff that she was gluten free until after her food came! He handled it professionally and efficiently making sure that she was safe and confirmed that her food was indeed, gluten free.

With Mt. Washington in the background the property is stunning. The inn is quaint and charming. Our bathroom at the inn could use a bit of upgrading.

We actually moved from the Omni arms to the main hotel and we are so glad we did. It’s a beautiful property. The Omni arms not so much The Omni arms was very dark inside and Boone there to greet you for checkin.

The satellite hotel, the Bretton Arms, was unattended and unwelcoming. They don’t offer secure wifi. Dinner at the 1896 restaurant was disgusting. They are understaffed, in dire need of help and training.

Renovations impacted the trip and was not communicated ahead of time. Restaurants closed - Spa closed, lots of work happening in the lobby. The first thing that springs to mind is how much the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and that our time would feel special. The room was great, and the included breakfast and our dinner at the restaurant were exceptional. Convenience to the xc skiing and the pool/hottub amenities was great!

Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities.

Room shabby as was bathroom. Heat did not work adequately. Inn’s breakfast service was cancelled for the days we were there without notice.
