Beautiful property itself We paid a huge amount for a suite and it was not clean, a chair broke while sitting in it and I was injured and the staff did very little to accommodate us. Robes in the room were dirty and there were flies everywhere.

That being said, I loved the hotel and I'm sure we'll stay again. I loved the history, including the haunted history. I loved cocktails on the sweeping veranda overlooking Mount Washington. Our room was small by today's standards but superb in every other way. The complimentary shuttle service to "off campus" resort properties and amenities was great. I believe this hotel will be on my calendar next summer!

Grand hotel with magnificent view of Mt. Washington from the veranda.

Great old fashioned resort with lots of history. The vastness of the land is incredible. We came in the summer time and took the gondola to the peak and walked down (50 minutes). The horseback riding is a lot of fun. The only area that needs improvement is the check-in process. It took a long time to get our information in their system.

I love this property.

Stunning setting! Brought our small dog. Very welcoming.

Food fabulous, staff friendly helpful and competent. Location spectacular! The glory of a grand old hotel. ❤️❤️❤️ The daily $200. charge placed on your credit card; portion not spent at the hotel was credited back. Of course we never had any such credit! Expensive resort but SO worth it!

The negatives - the room walls were very thin. Our family had 2 rooms but another party was placed in between us. this party had 3+ children that continually screamed and ran up/down the halls. It was so bad that we eventually called the front lobby. They promised security would come up to ask them to be quiet. No security ever arrived. Totally sucked for the rest of the guests on that floor. When checking out, I complained to mgt and they removed the "self parking" fee (which shouldnt be a thing) and the resort fee,

I really enjoyed the whole experience every thing from amenities to services to presentations the food the surrounding mountains and every activity that you could possibly want on a vacation and the building and rooms are like out of Hollywood and completely relaxing

The beds were great! The views were spectacular from our room. The food was really good at their main restaurant. It’s in the middle of nowhere, and it’s an aging property. I’d likely not return. We didn’t feel good about the property and we didn’t feel bad about the property. It was meh all the way around.

The people at the front desk were very helpful. One member made an excellent suggestion for a hike which we enjoyed. The dinning room wait staff were excellent as was the food.

wonderful people great food. I’ve been in construction my whole life and I was in awe of this building. There’s a book called I love this place about the history that they were out of , but they took my name and called me when it came in and mailed it to me. Great people. Now I love this place
