Really cool hotel, excellent restaurants (be sure to get reservations at some) and gorgeous area. We really enjoyed the surprise amenities that I didn't realize were part of our stay such as free breakfast and social time (free snacks and beer/wine) in the club lounge as part of the presidential wing. It's a little pricey but worth the splurge for a night or two in the White Mountains!

Wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back.
-
If you’re going to pool go early -it fills up fast. Indoor pool was empty.
-
It would have been nice to have handicap parking.
-
the indoor pool was not impresiv but outdoor pool was clean and nice
-
The view on the Verandas & service provided was excellent. With what you charge for the stay the parking fee should just be a part the bill not a separate charge you find out about upon arrival.
-
Great style and grounds It's expensive but great treat to stay in a hotel like this I really don't like the stupid money grabs like $20 for overnight self parking when you are playing $500 plus for a room
-
presidential wing had an excellent lounge for wing guests only
-
Luxurious room, amazing location, just glorious!
-
Dessert team were not getting right. However the starters and mains delivered.
-
La chambre ainsi que l’hôtel sont propres. Attention le restaurant principal est fermé pour rénovation.

Would stay there again. However, the resort can use some updates

The history and the views are spectacular. It is a very big property so a lot of places. A lot of associates, servers and property agents. Nice check in and check out. Room was close to elevator. Beautiful lobby. Beautiful veranda. Nice bed linens. Many are helpful but some are not helpful - inconsistent help available. One person told us to walk around the property from the pool to avoid steps and find an elevator, but we ended up on the golf course and it was a kind tennis buck who carted us up to the lobby. It is too far to walk to the parking lot and outside pool unless you do valet or cart which is expensive. The people who work at Stickneys need retraining. The inside pool and inside and outside hot tubs need maintenance. Stickneys restaurant is in need of supervisory overview of their training and operational procedures. Food is good, but organization needs review and retraining. Expensive place with parking, fees etc. The room did not have enough plugs for recharging devices.

Not enough restaurants open. The Cave was closed. Having to pay for parking feels very very cheap. No staffing is required for my car to sit in the lot for three days.
-
Restaurants, views and staff Could have been cleaner in public areas. More attention to detail.

Wonderful experience. Would do it again. The presidential suite I booked for two adults had only one balcony chair. I expected it to have two chairs at least for couples.

The OMW is a great place to stay. All staff were helpful and some really went out of their way to ensure a great stay. Our main complaint was the long walking distance from the parking lot to the room in the presidential suite. The presidential suite did have its perks with a club room and free breakfasts. Small EV's that could haul baggage and transport guests would be a huge improvement,

The environment is spectacular. Hotel is in need of some maintenance, updating, and care. The room itself was subpar for the price. We paid almost $900 a night for a pretty small room without even a coffee maker (nespresso), a toilet that chronically ran and a nonworking hairdryer. I would’ve expected a lot more for that price. Particularly, the coffee in the room or even coffee in the lobby in the morning seems like a bare minimum for a hotel at this level and even below this level. I shouldn’t have to pay seven dollars for a cup of coffee in the morning when I’m paying this much for my room. That was very disappointing. Seems very cheap and cheap minded.
