Save your money, stay elsewhere & just go for a visit/meal/free afternoon tea. Staff very unhelpful - think some have been there too long. You don't expect rudeness/dismissiveness (especially) from more mature employees. No greeting on arrival or acknowledgement on departure. The hotel is majestic & worth a look. Our room was like a shoebox & very badly thought out. Everything was immaculately clean. We dined in the 1902 restaurant & couldn't fault staff/food. Atmosphere a bit dull, got a crappy table, couldn't have a private conversation as tables so close together & no 'view'. Overall - overpriced & pretentious.

Leaves were beautiful during our stay and we really enjoyed the history of the hotel. We ate at the hotel and all restaurants were great. Make reservations!

We went to the White mountains to ride the COG railroad and to see the mountains. Was not disappointed. The Omni Mt. Washington was absolutely beautiful. the staff was friendly and helpful. We had room service breakfast was delightful. Toilet in bathroom was on the low side, could be higher for more comfort.

we had a terrible experience, the cave was always book for private party so didn't get to go, we had bugs in our room, just overpriced.

It is a beautiful historical building. Very good services overall. The hotel and the room are clean. It is an old building so you noticed the floor under the rug in the room may not be flat. There is some bulging on the wall. But the property is really well kept and clean and more importantly is very charming.

The hotel was exceptional in every way, the staff very accommodating and our room with two queen beds was lovely with a fabulous view.

I liked the public areas of the hotel. I did not like the room. The room was clean and that was about it. It is certainly not elegant. It couldn't handle enough outlets for our electrical needs. Our "accessible" room had handle bars in the bathroom but it had a regular bathtub you have to step into. Some staff were helpful others did not want to go out of their way for you.

The location was wonderful. The food was great. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is lovely The staff are predominately foreigners. Their English is heavily accented and difficult to follow. They want to help but don’t know their way around. The handicapped room we ordered for a person with mobility issues had a TUB. No walk in shower and when we asked to have the rooms next to each other or connected we were told it would not be possible. We made the reservation more than a month in advance. There was no mirror in the bathroom of the handicapped room or one in the room itself. There was no counter in the bath for toiletries… very sad indeed.

Very impressed with the facility. A lot to do-restaurants, spa , even a night club. Minutes from the Cog Railway so that’s a plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Building was beautiful. Even the gym was incredible. Can’t wait to plan our next trip there!
