We stayed at Britterige, which is one of the more renovated areas of the villages. While others in our family who stayed in other areas in the villages had carpeted villas, we had a nice looking imitation wood floor. It was spacious. The bedroom was a nice size and pretty, but there was no mirror! Why no mirror on the back of the door? There was a full length mirror near the front door and a pretty small vanity mirror in the bathroom, but we had 3 people who had to get ready for a party and it was hard with no mirror in the bedroom. Also, the outlets were on the opposite wall from the full length mirror that was near the front door, so that made using the mirror more difficult. We had 2 queen pullout couches that were nice looking when we weren’t using them as beds. They looked pretty new, but the springs were noisy and not very comfy. We tried one pullout the first night and we could feel the springs in our backs and some were creeking, so we tried the other pullout our 2nd night and it wasn’t much better (and we are thin people!). The white fridge was a bit worn on the outside as was the white dishwasher, but the fridge was very clean inside. We didn’t open the dishwasher. The microwave was very clean. The bathroom should have been nicer. The vanity was old with paint worn off around the crooked knobs and there was not a lot of counter space (again, a problem since there was no mirror in the bedroom!). The toilet and shower looked newer than the vanity

Had a great stay at the Villages at Ocean Edge. Great resort with very helpful staff. Bigger condo than expected as we had a full kitchen. The condo at Arbor was a bit further from the Mansion and the beach than expected, but the Arbor pool was great. I played tennis at one of the clinics. I wish the tennis staff knew and informed me about the round robin open play at 4:00pm. Would highly recommend the resort and will certainly return.

Here are a few tips: Pools- Arbor- is more happening with the pool bar, food service, and a lot more kids Fletcher - a more chill vibe with mostly older adults and couples Beach/Beach Bar- Take the shuttle since there is very limited parking only for the neighboring units use. Low tide you can walk out very far! Food- -Mulligan's was an easy walk near Britteridge. Reasonably priced coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries -The Lawn- stopped by for a brick oven pizza, they have chairs on the lawn and games for kids. Also a bar. Rooms- -Britteridge Blueberry Pond rooms are the most expensive and have a view of the pond but it's slightly obstructed due to the trees surrounding it. -Arbor has older rooms that will be the least expensive, and is next to the Arbor pool. We give the stay we had 5 stars with the great room and access to the the ameneties we were looking for.

Beach access, location and ambiance The room we rented had basic items. Nothing of great value. There was one damaged frying pan, very little silverware, and the refrigerator was old. The place 9A) needs an upgrade. Very dated.

Clean room and helpful staff. Would be great to have more of a coffee shop for grab and go items in the villa area

We loved the breakfast at Ocean Terrace! And the pool at Arbor Village. The bartender was wonderful- we arrived right at closing and she still made us drinks. The Linx served the best clam chowder I ever had. My bed in Arbor Village was like sleeping on a cloud. It was super convenient that they have a washer and dryer unit!

Would be better if we were clear about which pools are open to us. Not great to be told that we don’t have access to all amenities on the spot. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay overall - the room and location are fantastic.

Ocean Edge is a beautiful resort. Everything was top notch from the lovely suite to the pools, beach, restaurants, and Cape Cod Rail Trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing getaway to the Cape!

The room was clean and the property is very well maintained. My main complaint is the noise level of the air conditioners front and back.
