I would rate Cleaniness as ZERO…. The property is very nice. The rooms were decently sized and the washroom too was spacious but the house keeping was just BIG ZERO!!! They didnt even clean the washroom when they came to do the room. We had pizza the very first night we arrived and the empty box was kept in the trash corner which was not even looked when they did the room. The bath area was not cleaned. Its sad if a property like this is not maintained…

This property exceeded my expectations to the fullest. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out it was more than amazing. The front staff was friendly and helped and explained everything clearly. I always loved the AC Hotel brand and will continue to stay here. I cannot remember the two names of the ladies that helped me, but they also were a big help and super friendly. N/A
