Bridgewater Marriott

Hotel was clean and quiet. The only annoying part is that they charge $12 for parking in an open parking lot. There is no garage. If they are going to charge then they should have valet workers parking the cars. Doesn't make any sense.

Easy, plentiful parking. Comfy, clean room. Helpful and polite staff. I was a little sad to see that the Starbucks is no longer there in the lobby/bar area. But that's not a big deal. This is a very nice hotel. Also easy to and from local roads.

Overall, I had a great stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Staff was helpful and friendly. Little confusion about the breakfast when I wanted to pay for my meal for the small selection I made, and they insisted that the room be charged a flat rate. Charged for parking and resolved before leaving however it was a drop off not overnight parking.

There was a layer of dust sitting on furniture in certain spots of the room. Also when the room was cleaned...the staff did not notice and failed to replace certain basic items like face tissue and shower gel. Then when we called for them we were told that either to come and get them from the reception or wait for 20- 30 minutes as they were short of staff...

Air conditioning in our room was pretty bad and overall wasn’t a very clean room for the price paid. Amenities were decent and I really stayed here for proximity to an event.

Good location close to restaurants and the mall, lots of parking available but I wasn't notified that there was a fee for parking until receiving my bill.

From the check in to the check out….more than exceptional! My stay was wonderful, relaxing, restful and serene. I’ll definitely keep this on my list of places to return for sure.

No internet, no bottle water in room , no robes , just below average compare to other hotels I visit

The room was really clean I have no complaints

The Hydration Stations were convenient. The complementary breakfast was amazing. I didn’t know in advance that parking was an additional fee. There was only one working elevator most of the time, but it was fast. The pool was a bit cooler and smaller than expected.

There was blood on the curtains. There was also a dirty socks next to the bed. It looks like no one cleaned the room in a while. Although the hotel was fully empty, the receptionist put us in the worst room.

Please note: I had trouble going down to the lobby in the morning due to four factors: [1] the elevators are very slow, [2] one of the few elevators was out of service, [3] there were a large number of construction workers filling the elevators, so the wait for a useable elevator was 10 to 15 minutes (and I had a plane to catch), [4] the stairs do not go the the lobby; they’re only for emergency exit (I tried, and had to climb back up to my floor to wait for the elevator again … Argh!) Other than that, I had a nice stay … Thank you!
