Very nice and great breakfast

We stayed with a large group for a family reunion August 8-9 and the young lady at the front seat was extremely friendly and accommodating . Unfortunately I didn’t not get her name in all the chaos but she was fantastic.

Great property with good breakfast. Has a nice bar but not open at this time. Hopefully they reopen it in future.

Everything was basically fine either with the hotel. Room was clean & bed comfortable. The 2 cons would be the very long line just checking in. There were 2 staff at the front working but one staff member was definitely working with an issue. I was the 3rd person & my wait was only 20-25 mins but there were at least 7-8 groups behind me. I feel the front staff should have made a general announcement to everyone waiting as an acknowledgement that we were waiting & that they would attend to us ASAP. They could have at least said “thank you for your patience” when we got to the front & checked in. None of that happened so was very disappointed.

Great location. Very clean room. Efficient front desk The air conditioner in my room was very very noisy every time it went on. It woke me up. In addition the hallways did not have any air-conditioning. They’re very very warm since I didn’t check in till 9 PM. I did not tell the front desk about the air-conditioning until the morning and they were going to check in to see what’s wrong with it. before I ever accept the room again at this hotel, I will make sure the heater does not make noise because I’ll be there in the winter time. I thought breakfast needs some improvement also. I did not feel that this was an excellent stay.

Exceptional

The treadmills did not work, one of the laundry machines and one of the dryers were out of order, and we couldn’t get a key card upon arrival because of a system failure.

Staff was nice, professional. Room was clean, but musty smelling. Coffee machine in room made horrible smelling coffee!

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive to our needs. The hotel room was so nice and the bed incredibly comfortable.

This hotel was first rate. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. The hotel staff was helpful, accommodating and efficient. The breakfast offerings were abundant. It even provided those small amenities that rival the large luxury hotel chains: an all-day coffee service, orange infused water, and fresh fruit. My wife and I are fairly discriminating travelers and we would rate this property FIVE STARS in every category. Thank you for providing us with an extremely pleasant experience. We would recommend this property without qualification.

Room and facility were clean and safe. Had a good time. Only complaint we had was the mattresses seem very old and stiff. Didn’t sleep the greatest.

I had out of state guest and the hotel was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Special thanks to Kim, Jacki, Mercedes, Jonathan and Geraldine! A note regarding the shower in the Handicap rooms. They were very slippery and could result in falls. Also. Need more trash cans in the room or at least a bigger can. Thank you.

Decent hotel for the money with big rooms Heater in the room is noisy, breakfast is tasteless. Automatic curtain in the room did not work (had to pull it manually). Water pressure is not good for a enjoyable bath.

Everything was decent. No problems that I can remember.
