Everything went smoothly

The room overall was nice with a lovely comfy bed . I think breakfast should be included in the room rate as the rates are pretty high. Unfortunately the noise was quite unbearable even with earplugs. This was due to constant traffic from a very busy road nearby, not the road directly outside the hotel. Also, like most hotels, the walls are plasterboard, so noise from other rooms also.

Great hotel for solo travellers. The front desk staff Joseph from Belize, and young African American gentleman who checked me in were descent. Thank you very much. What I did not like was I had to ask for basic things like bottled/filtered water. This must be offered or placed in the room. The elevator had a Bad Odour (BO) left behind by someone. Please spray elevators and shared spaces. The toilet had a defect and water kept running. This was addressed after I looked for and found the housekeeping staff in the hallway. I would advise the hotel to put signs telling guests to refrain from using their phones at the pool areas or not taking photos of people without their consent.

Room is clean and quiet. No free breakfast but the service and taste are good.

The restaurant was available for breakfast and dinner. Continental breakfast was $11.95, no thanks. I did not try dinner. Walk to Applebee's!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is bright and beautiful. The room was well maintained and clean. It’s a beautiful hotel.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting Bridgewater. Great location close to Target and Trader Joe’s. Well kept property, very clean and personable staff.

The location was really nice. It was close to restaurants and Target. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Can't really cimplain about anything. Staff was accommodating. Maybe offer complementary water upon arrival? I think that would help provide a more welcoming gesture.

Great service

Not awful, not great, but for the price I suppose I would say satisfactory. The worst part was temperature control of the room and the wall ac blowing right at the bed. It would get hot, then cold blowing air. The first room I got when checking in, I tried to flush the toilet and it was clogged, they wanted to send maintenance but I convinced them to just give me a new room. They did the right thing and complied. They allow dogs which I consider a negative, even though I love dogs, but only my own, so.....

Other than that issue, my overall experience was good, and I was satisfied with the service in general.

I very nice experience staying at The Hilton Garden Inn. The room was very clean and the breakfast was really good! The staff were kind and helpful.

We came out from the bathroom with wet footage that was so inconvenient to walk in other rooms.
