Roomy room. Average amenities with good restaurant. Breakfast had a fair selection. Front desk staff was limited and poor service. Room lacked towels and when towels requested none were provided. Would properly not go back since there are many hotels in the area.

The coffee was terrible. Either too dark or light/dirty water.

The rooms were okay in size and clean. The beds were bad, they need an upgrade, we couldn't sleep confortable. Otherwise in great location for our travel.

How comfortable the beds were . Wish had more personal time in the pool instead of trainer screaming countdowns in a small pool . Multiple times. Back to back

Clean and comfortable and the staff especially the nice lady who prepared my delicious breakfast and the other staff member who brought it to my table.

When booking, there were many room options. I chose an upgraded room, that was not even an option when I got there. I ended up with a standard room and when sharing this info, there was nothing management could do. They did offered free breakfast but didn’t change my room. Rosalind said she would get back to me but she forgot to do so. I followed up and there are still rooms being offered that are not accurate. 2 queens with 1 bed in the description. I tried to help them view and they can not figure out hotels.com and blaming hotels.com. Management could have been so much better but they were not. I just felt they are not interesting in having things accurate.
