The air dryer was not working. There were stains in the sheets.

Restaurantvwas closed. Pool was closed. No air-conditioning in hallway. Construction going on inside. No hot water in room

The property was under renovation or at least the lobby was. I would have been nice to know before we booked. The window in the room was so dirty you almost couldn't see out. The AC unit was so noisy it was hard to sleep. I would not stay there again!

Didn't eat breakfast Had a billing issue with a previous I s stay . Got billed twice for a second night stay. Was billed %114.02 twice with the same billing number front desk person said it wasn't his problem. I'm out 114.02.

The ac wasn’t cold enough so the room was hot the whole floor was hot low water pressure the cold water knob in the bathroom sink fell off

This is a property that fall short of standards. There is not even coffee and they charge for it.

They didn't have wash clothes so we had to use hand towels to wash up with

The pictures make look nicer than it is. The lobby is clean, but from the parking lot potholes to the older shower to the stains on the windows curtains. It is NOT first class.

Staff was friendly. Bed sheets were disgusting and unsanitary. It looked like old blood stains or something. Plus the mattress was old and worn out with springs sticking out. Lazy housekeeping

Nothing They refused to use any other payment method than a card for a deposit and it was not listed that I even needed to pay an additional $75 deposit until we got to the hotel very inconvenient and couldn’t even get a refund

Not mentioned on site Place is not nice room was crappy furniture surprises the bathroom was okay . But bed was okay but not worth the reservation

The hotel is no way a 3 star. It's a 1 star at most. The mattress felt like it would sink. Only one elevator was working. Condtion of the hotel was very old and in need a of a major renovation.
