Excellent location and a friendly staff Property is dated. Parking entrance and exit doesn’t always work properly.

The staff was excellent was there for a wedding they were very helpful with anything we asked for I had to pay for breakfast

Proximity to major highways and front desk staff was good. Only the indoor pool was open and it was cold.

Nice room, comfortable bed, enough space to work, quiet Housekeeping left much to be desired. They managed to make the bed and leave a new towel but the paper cups were not replaced, the glasses I used were still dirty, bath mat disappeared, did not appear they actually cleaned the room. Should not have to pay for any level of WIFI in this day and age.0

the place was super clean the staff was very nice . we came to jersey for an event which was across the street from the hotel so it was super convenient. after the event we were not ready to go back to our rooms so the front desk staff showed us where the patio was so we were able to hang out on the beautiful patio . the bar staff was super nice and the breakfast was amazing i highly suggest buying the breakfast package or just plan to eat there the food was not expensive even without the package

The location We have been staying at this hotel for almost 3 years. It was of a good standard but recently it looks very tired and the lack of cleanliness is very disappointing

The rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the indoor and outdoor pools! I had requested a handicapped accessible room since 2 out of the 4 quests have had knee replacement surgeries. I checked 2 days before check in and I was told everything was set for the accommodation. I arrived early for check in and they said they didn't have to room ready. Which was understandable since we were early. They wouldn't give us access to the pool area while we waited so we were in the lobby for over 2 hours. Still have 2 and a half hours the room was still not ready. They said the person who had it the night before still hadn't checked out and mind you it was almost 4:30 pm at that point. They weren't able to give us a handicapped room. We had to take one for the hard of hearing which gave a door bell and flashing light. There was nothing offered to us for the inconvenience of the long wait nor the room not being correct.

The pool area was amazing My view only was starring at the grey wall outside the window and shaft's of the roof top of the other side of a building

We didn’t have the breakfast only because our family doesn’t eat much in the morning so the breakfast buffet was too expensive for the amount of food we would have eaten. It looked amazing from far away though !
