No courtesy whatsoever from front desk. Basic necessities, towels, water, cups not replenished when asked and HAD TO ASK DAILY! Housekeeping nonexistent. Extremely disappointing. I also requested adjoining rooms not just close together. I traveled with 7 additional people including 5 children so all these inconsistencies were a real vacation buster!

I was never offered a breakfast package through you or the hotel and when I tried to address the possibility I was directed back and forth between the two of you! No one to actually talk to through your organization only online chat. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. No courtesy whatsoever from front desk. Nice full service hotel. Great parking. Nice landscaping. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools and indoor hot tub/jacuzzi. Starbucks coffee in AM welcome. Big rooms. Wanted to have dinner in restaurant but there was a limited menu so we didn’t. I understand this is full service but we get used to microwave in the room. There is one small one in the lobby. Cleaning staff uses the elevators during peak hours to go up and down one floor and this increases the wait. There are three elevators and one is always used exclusively by staff. I asked about a business center and was directed to one computer in lobby with no chair or pens or supplies. It was a nice comfortable stay.

Newer property and we love that it has a bar and restaurant. Parking is super convenient and the room was large and comfortable! The bed was super comfy as well. Great location - close to major highways.
