The hotel was an older hotel. The outside pool and basketball courts was overgrown and not useable. The indoor pool was decent however, hot tube had no water in it. Our room smelled like mildew. The rooms were clean but they only had double beds. You had to request a room with a fridge. Only 2 elevators were working. We got stuck in one of them for several minutes with our children. The bar and restaurant were nice. Definitely would not recommend or go back. Was disappointed. As we were leaving we heard the hotel was closing at the end of the month.

Starting to question the value of the Ap after the last two stays i have had.

Website mentions breakfast, café, bar, restaurant, hot tub, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and basketball courts and rollaway beds upon request. What it doesn't mention is that almost all of these amenities will be unavailable during your stay. Breakfast wasn't included even though our reservation stated it was. The atrium café was not open. The bar and restaurant was open but we didnt use it. The hot tub wasn't filled and said closed. The outdoor pool had a sign saying closed for the season. The basketball courts are run down and need some serious upkeep. I was surprised there was even a ball available. I was told we could request a rollaway bed but upon actually requesting it I was told no. The room was relatively clean except for running our fingers atop the picture frames and mirrors there was a thick amount of dust. The TV one of them thick old outdated flat screens. The date on the back of the one in our room said 2011. I think this hotel should advertise its amenities for what is actually available. I booked this place for the perks and was incredibly disappointed it was either swim in the heavily chlorinated indoor pool or sit at the bar.

Building looks like it has not been maintained. The outdoor pool was not opened. The floor of the indoor pool is all chipped.

Not to mention the entire hotel is in terrible condition and needs a LOT of maintenance. 👎👎

Checked in late. The woman who checked us in didn't was yawning saying she could not wait to go home (fair, I understand), no pleasantries, no cookie, also, not the room I had booked. I selected an accessible 2 bed room for a reason. She asks 'you don't need an accessible room right?' apparently she can tell that by looking at me? I should not have to disclose medical issues to hotel staff. Next I said that we could pass on that, but need the 2 beds. Her reply 'well this is only 1'. I say nothing more because I'm just shocked at this point. We go to our room and tried to make 1 bed work. It did not, so I was back in the lobby at 2am getting our room switched. In addition to not needing to disclose medical info I also should not need to detail out why the person I am traveling with should have a separate bed. I booked what I booked again, for a reason.

The above and beyond service the restaurant, gym, pool, the immaculate grounds kept us coming back. How do you replace that year after year????

Room was clean and spacious but you have to make sure you request a refrigerator and microwave because all rooms do not come with these amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful and is also quite , parking was easy.

I booked this hotel largely for the amenities, but the outdoor pool was closed, the hot tub wasn’t even filled with water, and the only available indoor pool smelled bad, had chipped flooring, and never had towels restocked. Maintenance issues were everywhere. I saw damaged ceiling panels, wallpaper held together with masking tape, garbage scattered around the property, broken ice machines, and basketball and tennis courts in poor condition. The lighting throughout the hotel and in my room was extremely dim. I also found a bug near the curtains as soon as I entered my room, and the shower head leaked and sprayed water everywhere. Customer service was just as bad. I asked multiple times for towels but never received them, forcing me to get some myself from a laundry room with a broken door. The front desk employee was rude when I asked for the complimentary cookie, and my friend was denied an extra blanket. Overall, this hotel falls far below the standard I expect from a Hilton property. Between the misleading photos, poor maintenance, broken amenities, and poor customer service, I would not stay here again or recommend it. It was YIT

It was a calm place to stay, but they do charge extra once you are there to check in and breakfast cost almost 21 not 16 how it says. The front desk staff also stated “ we dont know why they didnt tell you the full price while booking” then proceeds to charge 106 dollars more. Only 1 pool open, the rest are under maintenance and closed ( not as advertised ). Besides that the room was clean and a good stay.
