This place was disgusting. They offered a full kitchen, but there was no pot pan silverware coffee, pot or anything else to use the kitchen. The ground grounds were disgusting and employees were not very friendly

Staff rushing you before your check out time , bed had hair in it before we even were able to utilize the bed which means somebody is not being properly doing their cleaning job right or checking behind the staff that are cleaning. If you are going to rush people out of their room at-least make the clean up worth it for the next customer. NEVER have these issues at other extended stay locations !

The furniture in the room was quite dated. It felt very depressing. The condition of the bathroom towels was awful. They looked like beat up rags to clean your garage. The refrigerator had scratches and looked trashy.

You get what you pay for. There was an atrocious smell both in the hallway and room, the exterior of the fridge was in awful condition, the floors were clearly not properly clean because our socks turned black. I was anxious to even sleep in the bed out of fear of bedbugs. Thankfully the one redeeming thing was that there were none. There was also no remote in our room which was odd but we were able to get a replacement. I understand that for the price we paid compared to other hotels in the area we weren’t going to be staying at the Ritz but there’s a certain level of cleanliness one would expect from any place.

Location near me highways The room was dated worn down Fire alarm hanging from the ceiling and cobwebs throughout the room toilet seat, falling off of the toilet refrigerator filthy the doors were covered in a sticky substance and I wish I could upload a picture horrible.

Room smelled like pee. Disgusting

Rooms are dirty and there is a powerful smell of trash from the trash rooms on each floor. There were homeless sleeping on the grounds and a constant smell of Marijuana everywhere. Staff does their best but would think twice if you have children.

Everything This hotel was a horrible experience from the moment we arrived. There were people sitting on the curb right in front of the property, which immediately made us uncomfortable. As soon as we walked in, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes and mildew. It was nothing like the description online. We booked a room with a queen-size bed, but instead we were given a room with two full-size beds. The room itself was not what we expected at all. The "complimentary breakfast" was actually just a grab-and-go option, and when we went to get breakfast, they didn't even have any coffee available. To make matters worse, when we tried to rest, the guests upstairs were extremely noisy and obnoxious—stomping around and making a lot of noise. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would rate this place 0/10 and will definitely not be returning.
