Room smelled like pee. Disgusting

Rooms are dirty and there is a powerful smell of trash from the trash rooms on each floor. There were homeless sleeping on the grounds and a constant smell of Marijuana everywhere. Staff does their best but would think twice if you have children.

Room not clean smelled of cigarette smoke, and air wasn’t working.

It was nothing like the description online. We booked a room with a queen-size bed, but instead we were given a room with two full-size beds. The room itself was not what we expected at all. The "complimentary breakfast" was actually just a grab-and-go option, and when we went to get breakfast, they didn't even have any coffee available. To make matters worse, when we tried to rest, the guests upstairs were extremely noisy and obnoxious—stomping around and making a lot of noise. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would rate this place 0/10 and will definitely not be returning.

This hotel looks beautiful on the outside. I don’t want to fool you. It is rundown Two of my lamps in my room didn’t work. The kitchen had no dishes or utensils and it seemed very unclean

Property smells like a combination of mold, trash and Marijuana. There are trash rooms on each floor that are unbearable and permeate through the halls and into your room. There is dirt covering my refrigerator and my cabinets are nasty. TV and remote did not work and wires just hanging down. There are homeless sleeping on the grounds that I discovered walking my dog. I could go on and on...

Spacious room. Bed is comfortable. The guy who checked me in at about 10:30pm was very friendly. And he knows what he was doing, very helpful. Our room slept 3 people but only 2 sets of towels. A new guy at the front desk at 1am said the hotel ran out of towel. Then the next morning, the coffee ran out too before 9:30am. The lady at the front desk said she does not want to cook more because the breakfast closes at 9:30am. There is no open area for a group gathering. The carpet in the hotel hallway has a musty smell.

Packets of oatmeal and hot chocolate is not "Breakfast Included". Wifi was spotty. Touch up paint didn't match wall paint, so everything looked run down. Kitchen was super old and gross. Especially the fridge. No ice machine. Nice staff, but just carried itself as a run down motel.

The rooms weren’t clean. There was no wash cloths available. None of the amenities or appliances were available. There was no kitchen items available. Had to buy plates, cups, utensils and brought my own air fryer. There was blood stains on the wall, stains on the bed skirt/dressers, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and under the bed was disgustingly dirty. The staff were okay and they offered muffins and coffee in the morning.

Continental breakfast is not bad, but, could be better.

Can’t say there was anything that stood out in a positive way. Was run down, smelled of smoke.

What do you consider breakfast? The fact that they put us in a occupied room and then say that someone must have left the door open unexpected yeah ok.

This place was a total wreck. It’s stuck in the halls. The room smelled funny horrible

Friendly staff Was bidding by bedbugs manager offered to refund me for one night out of five I have over 25 bites on my body that is unacceptable
